Step 1: Stop sending messages to Saint about support tickets! That’s exactly why the support system exists in the first place.
I have notified staff. If a response is to be expected within 3 days they’ll get back to you, if it is 5 days, they’ll get grumpy.
No Saint was the one asking me to send to him my message (for a custom). I did but there is no answer
In that case, you have my apologies and I will have to tell Saint to not send mixed messages.
Either way, I sent a link to this thread through private channels. Less traffic there.
