What is the procedure when you submit ticket with your question but do not receive an answer? What can I do?

Since June 30th. Do I just tag him or send him a PM?
You should give them 3-5 business days to answer the support ticket. Monday was a holiday so they should answer it today or tomorrow, if they don’t notify @RVconsultant by just tagging him.
They are somewhat behind with everything going on so please be patient
Oh that’s right… Fourth of July… I’m not an American so it didn’t cross my mind. Thanks for the info!
