Question for the ladies out there @TheEmpress @IRON and all the others

Do you listen to subs during menstruation?

My fiancee says, that since menstruation is a healing process, a letting go and rearranging on its own she’s not sure she should listen to subs for these days.

What are your experiences/ opinion on that?

I also would ask the guys whose girls are also listening to subs as well how they so it.
I remember @RagnarLothbrok and @ouroboros writing about there girlfriends running subs as well. How do they do it?

I do everything as if it was my normal day. It doesnt affect me much.

I’ve been running subs for over 2 years with no pause during my period. I have become much more in tune with my cycles though. Subs have helped me connect with my feminine aspects much better.

I realize where I need to eat more the week prior to “shedding.”

I don’t believe it’s a problem as the subliminals work in a natural way and works with the body to decide how to give results with the natural processes of the body.

My girlfriend only started listening to HoT 2 weeks ago, she still haven’t been through a period while listening to the sub.

I didn’t even think about it but maybe during period it’s best to not listen to subliminals because of the swirling emotions woman usually have at this time of the month and you don’t want to pair this with recon, I don’t think it’s going to be a problem with my gf though because she is doing 5min loops without recon at all.

I think the only time women shouldn’t listen to subliminals is when they are pregnant.

Would be a good support ticket to verify that.

My gf gets insane recon from full loops, she also have a lot of mood swings during her period, it’s not a good idea to combie the two, not for me and not for her.

I used to handle full loops much “differently” when I first began. It could be that my current stack has subs Ive used long term.

She eats enough i think, sometimes she eats as much as me lol and she eats a lot of meat and eggs compered to most females i know.

Her mood swings during period are not really bad at all i just think that if she had recon while having those kood swings than it would be bad.

Competed to let’s say the period of my sister, her mood swings are terrible, she becomes angry all of the time, doesn’t surprise me because her diet is like 90% shitty carbs and junk food.

Thanks for suggesting this supplement i will look into it :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes::grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes: she doesn’t like supplements though so we will see if she agrees to take it.

Also she only started using subliminals two weeks ago so that’s probably the reason she is having mad recon while doing full loops, but even in those 2 weeks her results are insane.

Yeah with this many lurkers, even innocent jokes, comments or questions can end up misleading someone who doesn’t have the same amount of experience on the forum and with the subs as regular users.
