I’m starting sessions of hypnotherapy on Wednesday. I have done hypnotherapy before but never while using subs. Will hypnotherapy affect sub-results and vice versa(subs affect hypnotherapy results)?
Yes. I’d make sure to inform your HT about sub usage to help inform what work they’ll do with you.
Seems like something you should put in a support ticket to get answered officially.
You shouldn’t mix both. Choose one or the other to use for now, then give it some time before you start the other back up again.

Honestly, I get why @SaintSovereign gave the answer he did out of caution, but if your hypnotherapist is a professional you’ve contracted for these sessions I would be asking that question of your hypnotherapist, not some non-liable person who has sold you the subliminals. Hypnotherapy is a profession which normally requires a person to be licensed and professional just like a psychologist or psychiatrist… you pay them to answer your questions and to know what they’re doing. If you let them know what you’ve been listening to, surely this therapist would be able to provide some more official “advice”?
I know in our own country it is a self regulated profession, but usually any professional in business is required to have professional indemnity/liability insurance and to know about the potential implications of other modalities on the work they do. So maybe get some advice from your qualified professional before you just take the word of someone here as gospel? And if they tell you they have no idea, make your decision then 
The point is that the “let them know what you’ve been listening to”-part does not work since the subliminal scripts are not public information. And I doubt any hypnotherapist has a problem with someone not feeding unknown material to their subconscious during the therapy.

There exists the ability of belief system transformation practitioners to work together too. The intent here would be to make sure his hypnotherapist knows what he’s been listening to anyway so he/she can make a professional decision with him about how to treat the patient/the sessions. And then they can make an informed decision together. Full information about the objectives of the script and its nature are always on the website anyway.
