feeling of having no f**ks left to give, no need to care what other people think of me, to be focused on my mission.

I feel this way but it does not last. It comes from a place of anger, a feeling of being fed up with the reality matrix and all the bullsh*t it entails. That’s not the most positive driver of this state of being, but when I reach no f**ks left to give, life becomes a joy.

I want to get into habit of doing the things to become a bada**, like using the Wim Hof method, semen retention, meditation, intermittent fasting, subliminals and workouts. I need to get into the zone and use the anger and emotions as fuel to get these things done and keep pushing until I am a changed man.

With all this in mind, what do you think would be a good subliminal stack?

I know the state you’re talking about:

Reaching this state from a place of authenticity and calm is such an amazing liberating experience/feeling. You can reach it out of anger too like you mentioned, but it’s not sustainable.

You can attack it from 2 angles.

1)the one I’m doing-and pick a healing program. I’m running Dragon Reborn Red ST1 rn. The thinking here is it digs deep in your limitations and beliefs on root causes of why you give fucks and care what people think/seek their approval, and removes them.

or

2)Just get right to it-Stark with Love Bomb for Humanity should do it.

Do you know who really gives zero fuck about what others think?

The one who is happy and enjoys his life whatever others might say. And if they say something he just laughs it off. Authentically.

The one who love his self, his soul, his mind, his body unconditionally. He doesn’t care about others at all, because everything he needs, in term of validation he gets from within.

It looks like a split of alpha titles and healing or self love titles. I understand well both perspectives but I can’t love what I am now, I will likely be reconciled to hell by running those titles at the moment.

I need motivation, pure action and mental, physical, emotional strength to get somewhere in life. To not be scared of failing or being judged etc. To not be paralyzed into never starting anything, to get out that door each morning with a confidence in my step.

I like Emperor Executive a lot, it sounds exactly what I need to get started with those daily habits and to help get out of taking the easy dopamine rewards like porn, junk food, movies, gaming, social media etc. I know all that keeps me down and out.

What would stack best with EE out of those alpha ones?

I understand. I have a friend who is going through or went through something very similar to you. (Yes, I really mean friend and not myself :sweat_smile:. Although some points do apply to me too :grin:.)

She had enormous issues when it came to self-love. She thought she was ugly. And it didn’t matter at all if someone told her she wasn’t. She couldn’t accept compliments. Literally zero.

This resulted, among other things, from her childhood. Her mother told her almost constantly that she was ugly, worthless, etc. Others, on the other hand, kept telling her how sweet and beautiful she was.

But when your own mother is jealous of you, it does something to you. I mean, a mother should be your biggest supporter, not your biggest enemy by manipulating you with toxic and narcissistic remarks.

Why I’m telling you this:
She’s been listening to Love Bomb for almost a year now, I think. And her self-love has increased enormously.

She now acknowledges that she is beautiful and lovable. And guess what? She hears it often enough from others, and she can actually accept it now!

What would have been completely unthinkable just a year ago is now just a shadow of her past.
Even the badass or the “I don’t give a fuck” attitude is something she can manage quite well by now.

Of course, not everything is 100 percent perfect. It never will be for anyone. There will still be days when you doubt yourself. When you doubt your love for yourself. When you question your self-worth.

But you know what? These feelings and emotions that occasionally pop up again won’t even come close to feeling as painfully intense as they did at the beginning, before you started listening to LB.

Hey man,

I started Love Bomb solo for 4 cycles at first. I was depressed and it came to the surface the first 3 cycles and then a breakthrough happened on my 4th cycle where I no longer felt depressed.

I then made a custom with Emperor and Love Bomb and it’s been about 1 year.

Self esteem, self love and self worth all leveled up.
My sense of self, my belief in myself started to form, a foundation of confidence in who I am became my foundation.
No longer chased approval from others, I felt complete internally vs that hollow void feeling.
I developed compassion and understanding towards myself, no more self criticizing and beating myself up emotionally.
Self care exploded, I started caring about looks, health, clothing, my image ect, not to get attention but because I value myself.

wow thats incredible. I’ve never ran LB but I’m running LBFH in a custom and I can attest to the depression and feeling down, but I’m glad to hear that things do get better and the results you have gotten, thats awesome.
