take it slow.
lower the exposure, get more rest days in between listening days and do more washouts.
I have a thread where i tried almost all the recon reducing techniques that i could find in the forum and i came up to the conclusion that nothing is more universal than taking it slow, journaling, and taking action.
Those universal actions is just acting upon your most authentic, immediate and actionable daily intents that are aligned with the scripting and your long-term goals, covered by the subs’ objectives. Acting upon those daily intents develops certain qualities and traits, which is aided by the scripting as well, and that alone will help you achieve your long-term goals massively. Make sure your life is the right training ground for your development as well. Meaning, look for avenues and situations where those aforementioned qualities and traits will be developing naturally. For example, socializing at workplace when running TWTP or dating women when running S&S.
Inaction causes the most severe recon whilst taking action aligned with the scripting resolves it.
Vigorous, enjoyable physical exercise.
Creative expression.
Swimming.
I make sure I am ready. Relaxation or Meditation.
Test the water. Gradually become comfortable with the listening duration. Slowly increase from 3 mins to 15 min.
Becoming aware with the outcome. Mostly I would rewind success in my mind overtime, by doing this it will tell my mind, ah this is priority one. I would think of it, dream it, sometimes I affirm it, one more I visualize the things I want to happen.
Manifestation is not about expecting something, its about believing it is already there.
Example while listening to EOG the utility bills will pop up in my mind, people would normally become uncomfortable with debts. You let it flow on you, to become comfortable on things that gives you a discomfort. Learn to conquer your fear.
I focus only on what I want to become, and ignore the rest.
Suggestibility and gratitude are what I’d say
I’ve also noticed that dehydration creeps up on me more easily during challenges and recon, so water and sunlight and supplements also seems to help
Focus on what happens inside you (thoughts, dreams, desires, habits) and how this affects the outside (relationships, family, work).
Set goals.
The one book everyone should read to activate subliminals, in my experience and why I’ve been so successful with them anyways, is Think And Grow Rich. Apply it to any goal, not just wealth. You only need the first 6 chapters of the book.
For the last 6 months I haven’t had clear goals and therefore my subliminal results have been lacklustre at best. Goes to show that “flow factor” might be a bit less person/personality based and a bit more based on clarity of intention. That’s my belief anyways.
Napoleon Hill somewhere, maybe in Think & Grow Rich, talks about the River of Life or the current of circumstances. Without goals, we drift down the River of Life and it rarely leads where we want.
Allow your subconscious to just do.and take action
Don’t pick subs that is just a craving to have. Actually pick something that resonate with your core.
