Hey guys which subliminal would be good for quitting addictions like drinking, internet, and masturbation?

For quitting masturbation, I would say Ascended Mogul or Emperor is good. Both subs have anti-porn & anti-masturbation scripting in them (if I recall correctly). Emperor is a bigger sub than Ascended Mogul so it would be easier to start with Ascended Mogul.
I have been running Emperor then Ascended Mogul for a while (10 months). Porn and masturbation does not cross my mind these days.
For the drinking and internet parts I would not know. Possibly Limitless for productivity purposes. Regeneration for healing possibly? Seek answers from others.

that will get you starting
You can try out Limit Destroyer as well since it helped out @Sub.Zero. I think if one were to consciously direct it towards a specific addiction of yours, it’d work out with just Limit Destroyer. Maybe start out with Ascension and Regeneration too. That can be a great start.
