ok so pretty much i did a 5 day washout listened 7 minute loop first day then the next listening day i listened another 7 minutes but added another minute later then a day or 2 after noticed healing and went back up to 8 minutes which then gave me nightmares so now I’m back down to 7 minute listens again so hopefully i should get the same healing affects again
