May have had vivis dreams last night, no results to report of as yet
Bit of a headache this morning
Wonder if the headache means im over exposing or just need to keep listening until it resolves itself
I think ill have to resuce my listening time as i dont want to deal with these headaches

But my acne on my chest and back seem to be healing and face kind of dont know yet
so many regrets, so many things i wished i did differently, went differently i hope God makes things work out for me now, especially these subliminals, i have seen their potential and they are life changing

A small lump in my nethwr regions has gotten smaller tho maybe paragon is focused on healing that before other stuff
