Subliminal club review part 1-4 (January – March 2020)
So I’ve been using subliminal since September 2019 but decide that I need to find something better. I came across a review on YouTube of sub club and decided to start 2020 fresh. I decide that I would spilt the year up into 3 different part each having their own goals and subs specifically to helping me to achieve them but decided to change them afterwar to 4 part (more on that at the end of the year), this part is focus only on health. I will only list the subs that I use and the benefit I got from them.
SUBS USED=
Regeneration= 3 months use
Spartan= 3 months use
Emperor fitness = 2 months use (was using all stages at the same time)
Supercharger used= the elixir, the legacy, the beast within and the beast unleashed
Notice that my traumas disappear ever the ones I didn’t think were still there
Notice my anxiety lessened
Got some dreams involving those people who cause pain in my life (lol we fought it out)
My ability to recover from workout increase drastically (didn’t feel much pain the next day)
I was able to push myself more during workout
My workout was a bit more focus (before I use to lose focus during and coming to the end of the workouts now, I have more focus, I get distracted just a small bit but refocus immediately)
Falling asleep was easy even when am not tied
My ability to perform the workout routine exactly as seen was perfect even on the first try
Got over some trauma (like growing up I was told that I should be like my older brother this was always in the back of my mind from my teenager year to now)
Got some more willpower (help with porn, started to watch it less)
Was easier to press play when going an do my workouts
Got my goals accomplish weight wish
