If what we were telling you (that it might be better to follow the recommended guidelines) was true, how would you know?

If someone disagrees with you and yet what they were saying was true, how could you listen to it in such a way that if it was true you would know it?

Also, the days are numbered consecutively. Does this mean that the actual practice days are also consecutive? In other words, for example, Day 1=Monday, Day 2=Tuesday, and so on?

Are you including Processing and Integration Days? It’s not clear from reading the Plan.

But the fact that on every practice day you’ve included this:

shows that you understand the great importance of rest, recovery, and processing time.

Just not sure if you are applying that principle to your subliminal exposure as well.

Malkuth, these are good points. I appreciate you pointing out some of my lacking points. There are 2 subs I listen to per day out of the rotation of 5. Stark black, Emperor, primal, primal seduction and rich. I’m glad you bring up the processing and integration. I tried to make the plan as natural and applicable to day to day life as possible. I’m big on dopamine switching, swapping out TV for an informational YouTube video, porn for a jog and ect. My theory is that with the meditation and mindfulness application there will be a rejuvenating aspect to the plan, which I do experience. Im hoping that it all goes into the subconscious pot and because I pick what I feed my subconscious it will adapt the lifestyle change as a true character and not reject what I’m feeding it. Essentially trying to hack the subconscious

Maybe we got off on the wrong foot, been a busy day for me. I hope you’re Friday is ending on a good note. I believe the brain is an input and output computer in regards to it’s mechanisms. Few papers would support that. Now, the underlying computer programmer compartmentalizing everything could be viewed as the unconscious mind. I like the example of peak performance, when you are in a state of flow. That’s what I want to capture but have the target of particular behaviors. By habitualizing and swapping out behaviors and inundating the unconscious you give it new material. But it may recognize the input as fake or untrue to the self BUT if you act like a seductionist e.g and your behaviors are that of a seductionist it will scan unconscious files and pull that seduction program without conscious effort. Hacked

You asked how do you know. Sometimes recently when I go to talk in person not through text I say something very witty or flirty on accident. I perceive it as flirty because the person becomes flirtatious after the statement when seduction wasn’t the intention.

Another thing you can measure with is productivity output in a particular length of time and also how you feel when completing the tasks. It should feel less depleting as the integration happens without loss of efficiency

Your theory of “hacking” is fairly harmonious with the ways that subliminals are used here. Here it’s sometimes referred to as ‘Applying Conscious Guidance and Action-taking to enhance subconscious response to the subliminals and improve results’. It’s a good theory and, more importantly, it works.

But the issue here is not the theoretical aspect. It’s the technical aspect.

Putting this straightforwardly:

For the average adult human, 7-9 hours of sleep time is a reasonable amount after 15 to 17 hours of waking activity.

The above is not a theoretical point. It’s a technical point based on the biological parameters and requirements of human bodily functioning.

Similarly,

~36 to 48 hours of rest and processing time is a reasonable amount after 15 to 30 minutes of ZP-grade subliminal exposure.

The above is also not a theoretical point. It’s a technical guideline for how to manage subliminal exposure based on biological parameters of brain and mental functioning.

In the first example of sleeping, if you skip over the 7-9 hours of sleep and try to replace sleep with alternatives such as caffeine ingestion or even meditation, you’re likely to, very soon, experience symptoms of sleep deprivation that will impair your ability to function optimally in daily life.

In the same way, if you forego the recommended rest and processing times between subliminal sessions, you are likely to experience symptoms of over-exposure that will decrease the effectiveness of how your mind integrates and expresses the useful subliminal material in your programs.

In short: rest and processing times are a vital element of the listening approach. And there are specific quantity windows that are recommended or required for both subliminal exposure times and rest and processing times.

When it comes to the technical guidelines for listening, there is some room for individual experimentation within those guidelines. But your proposed plan seems like it might be disregarding the guidelines significantly.

That’s why people have asked about your past experiences and track record of results. They are probably trying to assess whether you have a realistic baseline for expecting optimal results from your current experiment.

Thank you for this conversation Malkuth. This is all I wanted. I don’t wish to be right or shove anything down the throat. I just want to discuss with someone who brings me facts. Iron sharpens iron. Now, Im not saying the guidelines are inaccurate but I do believe that there’s different acuities and capacities. Especially since I was already broken in the military and the main form of behavior modification they used was an overwhelming series of personality changing behavior for an almost 2 months. To create something new the old has to die it’s in religion it’s in nature it’s debatedly irrefutable. But how do you break it, sure the guidelines will get you there. But to sum up my whole point, with the amount of loops and behavior plan is to break the inner child trauma to break the programming with pressure. When I first started the subs I got tired and nervous and would honestly go through it. Now I crave them and I started to crave more that’s how the plan came to be. I think subliminal clubs premise is more profound than medication but even with that is it absolute in regards to a standard that fits any psyche or a person who’s built up enough lr through usage to add on another plate so to speak.

I did experience the stone wall and I cut back. I do agree with you that the subs can be less effective if overused. But what if like muscle confusion in exercise you can Integrate a variated and self rejuvenating plan. I do this plan and I’m telling you brother, ego aside…I have some serious diagnosis and the subs saved my life, but the trench of the mind is deceitful it doesn’t want you to get into the depths of its functions because it’s unknown and potentially dangerous it’s guarded by fragmented personality and keepers. I’m not saying for people to not listen to the guidelines and I wouldn’t recommend it for anyone that’s brand new to even go to the upper end of the listening spectrum

My base line is confident, borderline arrogant, religious and principaled. Low neuroticism, high aggression but I’ve always been like that it’s lower with the subs, I’ve become less manipulative and more seductive but I use it to understand how conversation works. Best job I’ve ever had right now, infidelity and lack of empathy has always been a battle of mine but I have more now, so my marriage is recovering.

In other words, I am not a neutotypical haha I’m sure that 3-5% of the population is feeling me though

My intuition says you don’t need increased levels of exposure.

Your growing edge and bottleneck of development is more on the side of ALLOWING, listening, and opening to things.

Aggressively pushing the envelope is a superpower to which you already have easy access. That comes easily. And it’s your natural tendency.

Acceptance. Being in touch with the rhythms and pacing of processes outside of your individual willpower. These come less easily. But you have been learning.

That’s a bit of ‘psychic reading’ for you.
