Hello, your plan is extensive, what results have you achieved? :slightly_smiling_face:

I like the plan, except where are your rest days? It reads to me like you’re listening everyday? Or are each of these days separated by a rest day? Otherwise I like it

First off, lets take a moment to appreciate the joker. He is my all time favorite, something about his philosophy resonates with me. Feels like the undiscussed manifestation of societies hatred and disdain for order, 2 claps for the matrix haha.

But yes, the results. Ascension chamber is crucial along with meditation. I feel as though you have to discover your archetype so the egos rejection to the input isn’t overwhelming. The primal series, and stark black along with emperor and rich scratch my particular itch. Begins with a sliver of curiosity about who you are. Then a craving of as I mentioned before " how can I be more than what I currently am". I started to, as the joker quite often portrays tap into the unconscious which is arguably darker in nature, “shadow self” I believe it’s called in psych. Integrating that heals trauma, then you start to embody the principles all the ground work.

But for the hard results, income increased $20,000. Social anxiety gone, understanding of the delicate nature of seduction and how it is involved in every interaction, confidence, humility removal of anxieties. Lack of inhibitions but a standing on morality. Scarface died for following his beliefs, regardless of being a psychopath. You start to flow without being conscious of it, the integration part is hard but in time it’s worth it

The only thing I worry about with this is it’s easy to fall off the wagon with such ambitious plans.

If you’re already following the plan and succeeding, disregard my words :joy:

I’ve been dialing back my own ambitious plans as of late. Much easier/better for me to stick to a few things religiously until they’re fully habitualized.

I use Simpleology right now for my daily stuff. Just started the green belt training there.

This feels like it would overload the shit out of me and I’d burn out by like day 3-5 lol

God speed tho bro.

Disclaimer to lurkers/new people - stick to the recommended listening pattern. 99% chance you’re not that guy. I thought I was that guy and experimented and listened to my customs daily (even at microloops) and I started stonewalling and getting recon. Now I’m washing out for a week and getting back on the official listening pattern.

Limitation is programmed slavery

@Jaleel

Is it just a plan or did you test it out an can handle it??

Are you new to Subliminalclub?

This is a good question. I do this, as a father and husband. It’s natural transition, you make the dopamine switches. For example, instead of scrolling in the morning jog. Instead of watching TV at night watch a movie that coincides with your audio. While at the gym listen to a YouTube video. I personally find the routine refreshing.

I am not new

So you actually did this routine more than a week?

You did it for 13 days???

I’ve done lesser routines, this is what I found to be most effective. When I was in the military I was on a similar regime and achieved multiple awards. This routine I’ve been doing for 5 days. But I’ve been playing around with it seriously for a month

And how are you??

What is PTO?

13 days is what I created because I have 13 days of PTO. Chat gpt helped me refine it

How am I? I’m well brother. Blessed. Yourself?

At the moment I am doing Hero and Wanted Black.

When I am back in Switzerland (today I fly back) it’s Stark Black, Hero and rebuild of my Daredevil, True Social, True Sell custom

Few alpha titles and some social ones. I’ve heard some great things about all of those. Switzerland is probably a blast. You’d think that Daredevil would create some valid memories on vacation

Daredevil Safes my ass when I am back in Switzerland.

Switzerland is like 180 degrees on the opposite spectrum of Daredevil

And yes DD does that and more

Dangerous :smiling_imp: safe travels
