what kind of denial?

Most subs would probably do that - but maybe a healer that removes negative programming - DR/Khan/Phoenix?

Keep an eye out for the new love bomb, sounds like an exciting full re-work

i would say dr:ld will increase self awareness and destroy denial fast

By denial, I tend to put away problems that I know I currently face and must take action towards but I keep denying them and thinking everything is ok.

For me, I call that “avoidance”

But the way you described it - we’re talking about the same thing.

Me, every day.

Maybe this is why Limitless Executive is my all time favorite and highest results sub. I get more wealth, more relationship, more emotional healing results with it than anything else. So I guess that’s my recommendation?

But I don’t think this is something that’s reasonable to tackle all at once. Look at two things:

  1. what “category” are the tasks you avoid? (Work, admin, keeping up with acquaintances, self-care, financial, business, relaxation, cleaning, etc. - just listing some of mine)

  2. If there’s more than one (there will be) what’s the most important category for you to take action on first - what will give the biggest boost to your life if you’re just consistent at that category for 2 months?

And then run a title that matches the title you avoid - and be consciously aware that you still have to take conscious action but the sub will make it a little easier

And if you’re avoiding everything because it makes you realy anxious, then maybe a healing sub. I get really good results off Sanguine: Elixir, too.

It isn’t always easy to acknowledge a problem or accept the reality of a situation, especially if you’re prone to denial. Not all denial is bad. There are times when it’s used to help you work through the situation that caused the reaction. Denial can sometimes be beneficial. It can be a way to temporarily avoid difficult emotions when you’re feeling burnt out or overwhelmed. However, if you fail to address the issue that you’re avoiding, denial can have bad consequences.
