Been on a long break from subs and been wanting to get back on track but the area I really want to strengthen is saying less then necessary. I hate speaking to much, explaining myself too much, being uncomfortable with silence, over sharing etc. Especially over sharing is something I want to fix. Which subs or stack do you guys think would help with this issue ?

I could definitely run those I also have ascension and GM. Before I made this post I was planning on using that stack to strengthen that law of power but I thought let me just ask on here incase there’s something better

I don’t know all the emperors since I didn’t use them. I just remember some of them give those “lone wolf” vibe… and on khan you stop caring a lot so it gives you space to… settle in and let the silence make others uncomfortable if you want to while being completely relaxed. Plus there is that sexual aura in it. Super cool. It’s just that on khan you get backlash from people since it’s… khan. Many reasons so maybe commander would suit you more.

I second Emperor. It gave out a no nonsense attitude and no small talk, when I talked it was straightforward and was related to the issue on hand only not wasting anyone’s time. However bear in mind I was using the old zp version (the old with the old cover).

I do see u guys also mentiined emperor I have no issue running emperor would have loved to run khan to handle this but I’m back in the early stages of nofap, and not ready to handle all that sexual energy again lol. emperor seems like it would directly handle this issue as well. Hmmmmmm

lol how unbearable was the 3rd stage vs the 4th stage for you ?
I mean it was bearable…. But on certain days the libido is just so high you can barely focus on anything
4th stage is fun. It’s lesser than stage three ofcourse. But I like stage 4 the most I think. Since it has scripting from stage 2 and 3 and extra scripting for stage 4 all put into one. It’s perfect.

Stage one was very soothing where I’d explore how I could see myself and grow in the future to come. I also traveled during that time. Spontaneously.
Stage 2 was be observing, learning from all kinds of sources even if it was just watching some badass and inspiring cinematics and movies and making vision boards and really getting the specific feel of it all. Life imitating art… experimenting with body language and anything else regarding to self expression on daily basis
Stage 3 was very busy time. A lot was going on in life. I was making changes and also quite few people were mad with me. Also the high libido so on certain days you’re just too distracted to barely focus on anything as I said
Stage 4 is - very nice. You get results from the previous stages but in lesser slightly so it’s less overwhelming. it’s nice to run. Not that intense. More well rounded. I personally feel by now that a lot has changed over the year and I’ve built something. Inner character and also my life changed a lot for the better. So now I’m just taking it easy and it feels like long term cute leveling and bloom and prosperity of what you had built up to now. Building on top of that base. Tweaking and such. There are still challenges on stage 4 but at times you feel like you can almost pin point which stage / part of the stage 4 script probably triggered it based on the theme.

Yea man I can definitely relate I couldn’t handle he sexual energy it definitely needed a outlet and even though I was giving it one my lack of taking serious action made that fire in my stomach even more uncomfortable. Khan is something I have to run down the line again. That’s a great breakdown by Khan man and glad to see someone go through all 4 stages
