Sub recommendation for Opening Up/Killing Ego

Use DR U only after getting used to DR ST4.

Go into your heart (the heart mind)

How?

This is the problem with this type of comment.

What do you actually mean here and what concrete steps can the OP actually do?

@remarkable I have to agree here, it’s too vague.

To the user:

  • Run one loop of Rebirth or any other healing ultima to get started.
  • Run a healing title like Regen for deep healing
  • Run DR for the best healing.

I do wonder if this social anxiety issue as it sounds can be solved by healing subs or rather character building subs(ascension/daredevil).

i think a mix of both would do, imo:

  1. use elixir + dr st1 for 30 days.
  2. switch back to am + daredevil only(limitless too if u want) for 60 days.
  3. run dr st2 for 30 days.

and so on… this cycle will make sure you are both healing & building your character.

also, find every day 3 new stuff to do that will expand your comfort zone such as going to the mall to hit on girls, join improv group, start a youtube channel.

and last but not least, add meditation to your daily routine, i suggest mindfull meditation.

I use “calm” app, it is very good one for tracking progress.

try it and let me know how it goes

edit : last super important thing i forgot , do Nofap. it’s boosting both confidence and testosteron

@Prome

I would also encourage you to read about Elixir.

I’ve been off the forum, and I don’t always remember what people are listening to. However, I would think that AM plus Elixir might be helpful. DR might be too strong at this point.

Perhaps taking more rest days.

I would encourage you to consider sticking with only AM and Elixir for 1 month. Then maybe add Khan, WANTED, BLU…

@Athanaxos thank you for the tag.

It’s not about KILLING the ego.

That would be simple (and a big mistake).

The task, the labor, is to live with ego AND beyond ego.

We need to hammer out a treaty. And that’s only the first step. The uneasy peace that we propose will be tested, transgressed, violated, and will need, continually, to be re-established.

Everything I love, believe in, and am passionate about is a speck of dust that will disappear among the rolling waves of time and entropy. I recognize this with respect. AND I don’t give a fuck because I still love, believe in, and am passionate about them.

This is the dynamic tension of Ego and Beyond Ego TOGETHER. Not one or the other. Both.

It’s hard. And, guess what, it’s supposed to be hard. The relief comes in knowing that it’s okay for this to be hard.

Like your first broken heart. You never imagine that you’ll feel okay again, and then one day you discover that you do.

The difficulty of life @Prome that you’re observing is not a sign of sickness and pathology.

These conversations can be a shock to the system. And we may emerge from them feeling really flawed and that everything needs to be leveled-up, fixed, and upgraded.

That both is and is not true.

Person A: Always makes excuses for himself and never tries to grow, evolve or to improve himself, his life, his circumstances. Justifies maintaining the status quo by finding ways that it is good enough or finding reasons that change probably would never have worked.

Person B: Always strives to make improvements. Is never satisfied or complacent. Always seeks out another mountain to climb, another limit to overcome. And enjoys none of it. He pursues improvement from an identity of lack, and no matter what growth is made, the lack is never filled.

To me, BOTH of those are tragic lives. Not just the first or just the second. Don’t emulate either of those people. Combine them.

Your ego is your root in the world of human life and of existence on Planet Earth.

Your ego is also extremely limited in its scope and in its capacity to accommodate the bounty of existence.

Don’t reject it. Care for it and cultivate it

and

look beyond it.

Stretch. Grow. Appreciate.

We can do it all.
