I know I have severe trust issues and lately some things I have read say that first you must learn to trust yourself

I believe I have seen posts that you were running LBFH. It’s been helping me trust myself since I’m learning to love myself more as well as accept myself, but that is just how it’s working for me.

I have also been doing a lot of introspection since my journey, which involved healing, letting go, forgiving myself, admitting my mistakes etc and that has helped cultivate self trust in me as well

I also struggle with self trust, and LBfH has helped with that honestly.

Also doing a lot of introspection and reflection about where this stems from, as well as actively trying to cultivate that trust through believing I have good intentions and am capable enough to figure out whatever I currently feel incapable of doing.

Also, therapy with a good therapist.

And spiritual work (involving cultivating faith and a closer relationship to God/The Universe/Love).

That all helped me a lot in the last few months.

Just little reminder , your questions and thinking about trust is related deeply to your current journey with DR and LBH . So don’t look for another sub for trust let your mind process the script .

You can journal about your relationship with trust through your life this will help with DR , here are some ideas .

Self reflection way :

  1. write a benchmark for your relationship with trust with your family

  2. write in points or chronological about your relationship with money , jobs and sources of income

  3. take the second list and imagine you are a mentor for a younger people and now you’re teaching them about what trust is , how to recognised inwardly level of feeling and intuition ,and how to recognise it outwardly .

Law of attraction way

  1. start writing about what you already trust and keep writing even if it’s mundane

  2. write about situation you experienced trust from products, pepole , situations in general

  3. write a poem or Mini stories about trust

  4. write these stories in 3 levels negative , neutral and positive

  5. write your actual trust experience that ended badly in neutral way then take it a little up positive and so on . The purpose of this is that you become the source of your own stories

  6. start noticing the simple , subtle and mundane things that you already trust

Self awareness way

  1. use mindfulness with thoughts that float to your conscious mind be aware of it and let it go

  2. if possible establish a little meditation practice

  3. practice your own type of prayer if you’re not religious start doing compassionate exercise like this

Bring your focus to some one either in your mind or in reality and say with feeling

  • this man like me wanting prosperity and avoiding scarcity
  • this man is like me wanting to be loved and appreciated not lonely and hated
    And keep doing this with all your wants and desires
    This will help greatly in trust :wink:

What do you mean you do not trust yourself ?

Please expand upon this do you mean that when you are about perform a task you do not feel confident that you can accomplish it successfully ?.

If this is the case then forget LBH you need emperor stacked with Spartan.

Why you ask ? well Spartan give you the mental strenght to overcome any emotional hurdles like “ohh shit i dont think i can do this”. Whilst emperor will keep you assertive.

So forget this Love Bomb Humanity or Love Bomb man !.

When you dont have faith in yourself you basically stay in your comfort zone.
