I said it before and I’ll say it again. These subs work if you give them enough time and mental space. Today I did something that my old self from 2 or 3 years ago would have NEVER EVER DONE . I won’t give any details. Is it all the rounds of Emperor that I ran for two years, is it LBFH, is it HoM? Maybe a combination of all that! When you allow these subs to change you, you literally change your future. I see possibilities that I couldn’t see before because I am now capable of doing a very specific thing that used to scare me to death and that I used to avoid like the plague. Sorry I can’t go into more details.

Sometimes people fight the change they see coming. Sometimes they’d rather self-sabotage than choose the change they say they want.
I think change happens differently for everyone. For me though, the way it happens is that the behavior or belief that I wanted to change all of sudden feels like it never existed in the first place. All I see is distant memories.

I said a couple of times on this forum that healing is not an event, it’s a process. That process only takes place if you’re not in the way. Mental space or “allowing the sub to change you” means consistency and not obsessing over the results. I see a lot of people on this forum devote too much time to minor things when they could just pick the subs that feel right and be consistent for 6 months to a year. That’s what mental space is. Let the sub live in your mind, let integration take place. It will take the time it will take. You’re not really in control of that. 🤷

It’s almost like your mind is trying to learn a new language. Some people learn fast, some people learn slowly. But eventually everyone becomes fluent if you let the new language live in your brain long enough. At one point you’ll notice that you’re really speaking it fluently.
Switching subs is like trying learn a new language then deciding to learn another one and switching again before you really become fluent. In the end, you never really learn because you don’t stay with it long enough. You didn’t give it enough mental space.

I don’t really agree with Self image is everything. Yea it’s a big part .

But Then there’s Also the realisation there is no SELF which creates an incredible sense of peace and freedom.

Like even when you have a god realisation you still have a self. And it’s a super cool experience.

I am god , I create my own reality .

But even that Self is just Cause and effect .

When you go into cessation you just stop existing.

And it’s an incredible freeing experience.

But This is for Everyone to discover themselves.

Glad the subs helped you though . They changed me a lot too. Especially the ego development and creating a more positive hypnotic loop for when I’m not in my transcended self

I’m revisiting this post here, and it’s wild to see how much has changed. The thing I was struggling with back then? I now do it almost daily, so much that it’s actually boring. In 2022, I would have rather slit my own throat than face it. The crazy limiting beliefs and irrational fears that used to paralyze me? Gone. Where did they even go?!
