Stonewalling or Hard Gainer?

Is there anyone that still stonewalls especially with the new titles? Or is a hard gainer? If hard gainer, should we still stick with the recommended micro loop strategy or increase to everyday? And if stonewalling, what worked for you guys?

For reference, I’ve been a member of Subclub for the last few years, but I don’t think I gained much results to be real. Part of it is my fault since I don’t really journal much (only started doing that seriously this month). I’m mainly doing New Wanted but other than the light energetic scripting of looking better in the mirror, I don’t think I notice too much more.

I use 30 second microloops now in order to make sure I don’t stonewall.

Well, what are you running now and how do you approach it?

So far, just New Wanted. I am using dating apps (not really noticing too many changes in terms of matches) and going out to bars and such. But I don’t think I really notice any IOIs or anything.

Like I said, the only real thing I notice is the energetic scripting of looking better in the mirror.

I’m also on a diet right now to lose weight since I acknowledge that is probably what is holding me back in the dating game. I’m not expecting the sub to fix all my problems, but I figured it will be a results amplifier

Hi @Mugen welcome to the community.

With the recent tech developments around here, I think stonewalling is extremely hard, only if you overwhelm yourself. This has been resolved with the micro loop listening strategy.

are hard gainers real?

I realized there’s really no “forever hard gainers” it’s more like a skill issue. I think it’s a result of low flexibility of subconscious structures, which will be improved naturally as you cultivate certain things that help resolve this pattern.

The first is helping your body recognize the change you desire as safe and useful. You can accomplish this with relaxation or something as simple as doing anything you enjoy and just lightly thinking about your intentions/goals using the sub.

The second one is giving your subconscious mind evidence. This is accomplished through awareness—the awareness that in every moment, there are results you desire already happening in your life, you just need to spot them. We can make this even simpler by noticing how relaxed you are from time to time in daily life and taking notes of it.

And then, the most underrated is patience. Greater results will come, you just need to respect your learning and expression curve. When this perspective held, the value of consistent increments and gratitude for growth comes into play.

Be aware of your current level of growth, remember where you’ve come from and take all the time you need, consistently pushing your limits.

The guys here also add a lot of synergistic support scripting that help simplify and guide you into building these habits in a way unique to you, yet also builds momentum at the same time.

Therefore, as you’ve noticed any form of result, like the beautification from Wanted, you will keep noticing more.

And The “hard gainer” pattern, will naturally be resolved, if there’s any.

In summary, you’re already at a good place. Keep it up with the new listening instructions, journal, observe changes and take any action you feel like taking. Stonewalling or hard gaining naturally won’t be a problem.

You’re in for a treat with the New Wanted.

Welcome!

In this situation, if you’re experiencing at least one of the features, that means you’re processing the title. The issue here would be expression of the rest of the script. Given that you stated that you’re going out and trying to meet people, I don’t think it’s an issue with taking action. This would seem to be some kind of internal blockage in regards to the rest of the script. I noticed that you mentioned this:

Are you sure you aren’t hand waving away potential results? Long-term, this creates a conditioning that’s very hard to break. I think you’re already on the right path by journaling, since that allows you to see the growth in real time. There’s a section in the new Instruction Manual with information regarding journaling and integration. Take a look at those sections and see if that helps you generate results.

Hey @Goldfinger, thanks for the input man! Were you a hard gainer when you first started using these subs? If so, how long did it take you to have “normal” flow factor?

Hey @SaintSovereign, thanks for the reply! I have to read the Instruction Manual again. What do you think caused the internal blockage? Would be it better to add something like Regeneration microloops as well?

Just to give you some background as well, before this cycle (started around 2/12), I did other cycles as well based on the old schedule, but I was doing like 3-15 minutes pretty indiscriminately. For some reason, I had the “more is better” or the brute force mentality, which I realized may have hurt my progress and potentially stonewalled. So this time, I’m just doing it right based on the tickets that I sent to support.

Now that I am experiencing some small results, do you think I should be adding more time like 1 minute? Or should I just stick to the 30 seconds microloop for now for the rest of the 30 day listening cycle? Wasn’t sure if it was because I’m getting so little of the script.

It depends on how much reconciliation you’ve experienced. With the progressive microloop strategy, you increase over time until you find that sweet spot where there’s results with minimal recon. Since it sounds like you’re starting to get small results without reconciliation, I’d recommend slowly increasing the duration over time, and as soon as you notice that even those small results dry up, go back down a bit.

With stonewalling, the internal blockage (from our experience and observation) isn’t a “flaw,” but rather the natural constitution of the person. You’ll generally find that these individuals have a very particular quality about them in regards to how they respond to external influence. For the sake of brevity, these individuals are highly individualistic and as such, will simply reject the majority of external influences (sometimes completely unconsciously) – regardless of whether that’s a news story, another person, or subliminal audio. Those who stonewall don’t even really experience reconciliation – the script is just outright rejected.

With hard gainers, there’s usually some kind of deep emotional blockage that prevents them from acting upon the script. They will experience reconciliation along with the slow results. So, if you DO experience reconciliation (and thus you’re more of a “hard gainer” rather than a “stonewaller,”) you can slowly increase exposure, since you’ll know when to stop because you’ll experience reconciliation.

So, based off of that, try to determine whether you’re truly a stonewaller or hard gainer – that will inform how you should proceed.
