One day on and one day off.
You could try testing to see if running every day works for you but it would be experimental and I personally wouldn’t recommend it. Maybe try microloops for this.
I like it so far. The eighth day. It was a clever decision to make it like that. One topic per day.

I absolutely love this masterclass only email I open a day .
It made me want to try a new kind of stacking though .
Use like 3x same sub with 2 different sub one day . And then only run twice a week .

Why do you guys mention taking ACTION so many times? If the subliminal were changing the belief systems to begin with then the action would be an automatic by-product of that change if it is required.
That is how inspired action works. You feel inspired to act based on the change in state, aka change in beliefs.
I also have seen action mentioned various times on this forum and it is that old blood, sweat and tears action. Also, if you believe action is required to get what you want and believe that if you don’t act it won’t happen or it can’t happen or that you won’t be inspired to act and have to force it…then you are creating your reality to be that way, That is how belief systems work.
When ZP first came out you were all about inspired action, inspired action, inspired action. Well, what happened to that? If these subliminals invoked genuine belief change, then inspired action would be a natural consequence of that. Then there would be no need to keep saying take action, take action, take action.
I have also read people saying that things won’t just turn up on your doorstep… well, they won’t if you believe that they won’t and you believe that you have to do XYZ action before you can get it.
I have literally manifested a woman knocking on my front door of a hotel room 30 seconds after I came out of meditation where I was visualizing being with a made-up woman that I was attracted to and experiencing lots of pleasant scenarios with. I ended up spending a week with the woman who knocked on my door. Just for one tiny example.
I think this whole forced action thing can come from a limiting belief. If you believe that nothing can happen without forced action, then that is what you are creating and it won’t happen until you have to do action xyz before you can get it. Can you not see how limiting that can be? Obviously, if that is how you have achieved your success then that is how you are going to see it because that has worked for you and that is the only way you know. Why would you believe differently?
I just don’t want that limiting belief, just because the creators don’t believe that manifesting anything without forced action is possible. I only say this because I have seen Saint mention that (to paraphrase) he doesn’t believe you can just visualise and manifest something to come to you without action. I saw the post in your journal a little while back and it confused me. What is the unfolding in revelation of spirit about then? it mentions, "It is an understanding that begins to seamlessly permeate your actions, and instead of having to strive to reach your goals, your goals simply stream into your life, as you are now completely embodying that which you want to become.".
What about Mind’s Eye?
If anything, can you at least tell me (if it is true) that if I listen to your products it is not forcing the belief that I have to take forced action to get, receive, have, be or manifest XYZ? As I have too much evidence of true manifestational power of things literally coming into my life without me doing anything and the action that was required I felt inspired, up for it and I felt compelled to take the right action at the right time that led to an ideal result. This is the true way and this is how I would like my life to continue to be. Inspired action is action coming from the mindset where your beliefs are working in your favour.
This is why you get people that take a shit load of action, blood, sweat, tears and still do not get anywhere, manifest or achieve success. The required belief system for success has not changed first. When that happens the inspired action compels you to take the right actions that lead to fulfilling that new reality that your new beliefs see as fact.
A natural consequence of changing a belief is a natural action that aligns with that new belief. I don’t understand why you would need to keep telling people to take action. When inspired action should be a natural occurrence of using these subliminals?
Also, that woman who knocked on my hotel door I asked her why she did (it was 30 seconds after coming out of my meditation and visualizing and I knew it was connected without a doubt) She said she was sitting in her room next door and she suddenly had the idea to come and knock on my door and felt compelled.
I have not even touched on all the other people in the world who can get an idea and feel compelled to help you or to give you what you want. It is such a limitation to think you have to force action man. Believe it or not, things can just turn up at your doorstep literally and metaphorically.

I suggest reading Day 4.
Go and read Day 4 again, and let me know what is confusing or based on limiting beliefs. I will then clarify it for you if no one else does.

I have read all the days back to back via Google. Altogether it seems more like a Masterclass of Action.
Day 4:
“for your subconscious to manifest/achieve a result rapidly, easily and efficiently, you have to open a pathway for it to manifest/achieve that result.” Limiting belief.
“This is done by… taking action.” Limiting belief.
"Yes, eventually your subconscious will find a way* – be it through making you agitated enough to get up and look for a job, by setting up an incredible coincidence, pushing a relative to offer you a job, or some other way (there are potentially an infinite number of possibilities to do so).
“However, this takes time, effort and energy.” Bold is a limiting belief.
Taking action daily and repeatedly is the optimal way to make the most out of our subliminals. Limiting belief.
“in our experiments, those that took action ended up with more profound results.” I am not surprised based on your belief system LOL.
I just know that action for action’s sake is backwards. Inspired action has the pathway already laid out and built in as a complete package. An inspired action is perfect. Forced action is not. Inspired action is streamlined straight to the golden nugget. Forced action is just trying things for trying sake hoping that one will lead to something. An inspired action is a connection to something much much grander, that sees the bird’s eye view and knows the exact path to what you want. Forced action is from the conscious mind, which doesn’t see the full broader perspective.
Inspired action should be a natural consequence of using these subliminals and changing your beliefs. If this was true, there would be no need to overemphasize taking action, let alone forced action. It just would be happening naturally. So it just seems weird. If it is not making you want to take action naturally, what is it even doing then? As thoughts - beliefs - feelings and actions are all connected.
