Finding myself varying from stopping the track at 12 or 13 minutes to forgetting about it and letting it run far past 15 minutes.

More often I go too long, but tonight I stopped the track @ 11:47.

Running the track through phone speakers.

Probably 2 out of 3 times I run it through in ear monitors, but sometimes it is more convenient to run it on the phone speakers.
