Like I learned not to voice my opinion when growing up, because it can be not harmonious/conflict like. On Ascension that changed,

Yeah and when you are nice and kind it is more impactful, at least for me. In my job I speak to a lot of people and at times they end up telling me about their lives. Sometimes heart breaking, but I noticed that when I speak with when I run Ascension it is received deeper by people. Ascension definitely makes me less touchy feely, I am still trying to get more into my body because I notice I go quickly into my head.

With Ascension I try to get to the part where I have open heart with big personal power. But sometimes what I belief is open heart might not be so, but just a niceness that is not really nice. There is a lot for me to learn, like I used to think that feeling was unmanly so I pushed it down and I ended up not being vulnerable when socialising…missed out in making great connections. Relearning new ways of being

I think yardbird went straight for emperor without using any other sub from subclub and had very good results.

alpha foundation is a thing and most ppl dont have it so they struggle with results from powerful subs… yardbird had it appraantly
