Hey,

I want to ask what would go with StarkQ + Beyond Limitless Ultima. And how many cycles? I was thinking I would do:

StarkQ x3 + Beyond Limitless Ultima x1 and the other x3

Depends on what gou want. I currenly run BLU / Stark / PS and love it.

PS? and Honestly I’m thinking about going for something like Spartan AW to help with gym. Tho I have no clue if spartan is worth it

PS = Primal Seduction

But Spartan is absolutely worth it for the gym. It is useful for a strong mind too

Primal Seduction has Spartan Lite in it. But again, all based on what you want, what are your objectives.

Alright, I think I’m gonna go for Spartan for now. If it doesn’t work out I’ll switch to PS.

@Ingress I’d recommend starting with 1 loop of Stark per day and notice what happens. Then gradually add other programs.
