Stacks with different cycles

I have been using 3 stacks of ZP titles for last 4 months. I limited myself to 3 stacks due to the limitation of ZP titles.

I am thinking to add a few more titles with rotation of cycles. The objective is to focus over wide areas. Suppose the stack 1 is used for wealth/career building, and stack 2 is used for romance/sex.

I browsed Sub forum and got to know that some people suggested to use the same stack in 2 cycles before changing to another stack of titles. Whereas Some suggested to use both stacks include overlapping title, e.g., Emperor in all cycles, to make the rotation work.

In short there are 3 suggested options:

Option 1

Stack 1 with three titles: A, B, C

Stack 2 with three titles: D, E, F

Run stack 1 for one cycle with A, B, C titles

Do stack 2 for the next cycle, with D, E, F titles

Then again come back to stack 1, and so on.

Option 2

Stack 1 with three titles: A, B, C

Stack 2 with three titles: A, D, E

Run stack 1 for one cycle which includes titles A, B, C

Do stack 2 for the next cycle, which includes titles A, D, E.

Then again come back to stack 1, and so on.

Option 3

Stack 1 with three titles: A, B, C

Stack 2 with three titles: D, E, F

Stick to a single stack combination for 2 cycles.

Cycle 1 with Stack 1: A, B, C

Cycle 2 with Stack 1: A, B, C

Then

Cycle 1 with Stack 2: D, E, F

Cycle 2 with Stack 2: D, E, F

Then restart from Cycle 1 twice, Cycle 2 twice and so on…

Here’s the question:

How long the effects of subliminal last in human’s subconscious? The purpose of this question is to understand which option would be the best suitable option.

Any suggestion or individual experience from members would be helpful.

This is a very good question. Personally I don’t know the answer to this but am sure others will give their opinions.

But please also make a support ticket with the exact same query over here:

There’s not a simple answer to this question.

There are many different categories of changes that occur.

Some are more permanent, some more transient.

How long a change lasts would also be related to what each individual user brings to the table before playing the subliminal.

Oftentimes the subliminal is helping your growth in a particular direction.

In other words, if you take a vitamin formula that enables your hair to quickly grow 2 inches longer, when you stop taking that vitamin, your hair will not shrink back to be 2 inches shorter again.

Other times, the subliminal is making possible a desirable but transient state and in that case, it may not last as long. But the length that it does last will still vary between individuals.

@versace a good idea for you since you’ve already been running titles for 4 months would be to take a break for 3-6 weeks and to simply observe how long your perceived changes persist. You could then use that as a baseline for your future scheduling.

That would also give you a chance to observe and experience Bloom effects. (Search ‘Bloom’ in the search window here if you haven’t heard of that yet.)

Whatever objectives you integrate into your subconscious is always going to be around in some form. It’s like going to the gym to lift. You never quite lose the ability to lift heavy things, but you’re going to get better results as long as you’re actively exercising.

Agreed

Yes, I totally understand and agree what you mentioned. The example of vitamins is a good example. Stopping to take vitamins will not shrink the hair growth but will weak hair and ultimately cause the hair fall. This is exactly the same if you stop listening sub, the effects will disappear gradually, however, the time period for each individual will be different.

I had a break of more than 2 weeks when I was in travel and forgot to setup my calendar for listening subs. During that time, I could not feel anything “unusual” so I can assume the effects of subs won’t go away so quickly. However, I’m trying to figure out how should I run multiple titles with different cycles.

The point I was trying to make was slightly different. I think that there are some kinds of results that will not be lost because they are related to a concrete shift or change. For example, if you used a sub to successfully help you to move to a new apartment, stopping the subs would not make you lose the apartment. That kind of thing.

I guess we can think of subliminal exposure as a kind of “Fuel” for change.

Some changes do not require ongoing, continual fuel.

Some changes require periodic fuel.

And some changes probably require an incredible amount of constant fuel.

Also, there’s a kind of Meta-Change effect that can happen as you keep working on your mind. You can develop a very “fuel-efficient” kind of mind so that just a little bit of subliminal exposure lasts you for a very, very long time.

Now I got your point…

Thanks for explaining it further.
