Is it a good option to stack QL 2 and QL 3?
I have runned QL 1 for a month, then QL 2 for another month. I have noticed improvement in my breathing, and I want to keep that benefit. My washout finishes today, so next Monday I will continue the journey with QL 3. Would there be any problem to run together QL 2 and QL3 along Mind’s eye?
What are your opinions/recommendations?
I have already run the four stages in order before.
