Is it ok to stack 3 programs? What are your thoughts on stacking? Most effective stack?
Three is the maximum you can stack. However do you really need all three at the same time?
That makes sense! lol 
You also have to take in account how dense the programs are. For example stacking mind’s Eye, Wanted and HoM would be very challenging and results would likely be slow. Stacking three will take more time to manifest than two or one. Subs with completely different objectives could take time as well.
Now, I wouldn’t see a problem with stacking three subs that are known to be light and fast acting. For example Ascension + RICH + Limit Destroyer is very doable.
It really depends on what you want to achieve.

The more programs you run, the more time it takes to get results.
Depends on your goals and the way you want to achieve it.
For example, if you want to be a seducer, you can take the coquette approach with this stack:
- WANTED
- Libertine
- Love Bomb
…or take a more active and dominant approach with:
- Primal Seduction
- Khan
…or even a mix of it:
- WANTED
- Sex & Seduction
