Stacking Khan Black + Dragon reborn RED | Nice Guy, Communication & De-Programming Reccs

Is running 2 multi-stage programs at the same time alright? Can stacking khan black + dragon reborn red be ok?

I’ve already decided to run dragon reborn red, and was trying to find something to run along with it

I really just want to focus on complete reprogramming of any sort of negative beliefs, fears that keep me playing small/stuck, unconscious traumas/patterns holding me back

I’ve done years of heavy self criticism that probably affected my self image/esteem

My biggest things right now that i’d like to take care of are;

  • Fear of vulnerability, fully expressing myself, whether its my ideas, beliefs, true personality etc

  • TRULY understanding what I want from life WITHOUT letting other people affect it eg. fear of disappointing them etc

  • Taking care of ‘nice guy’ aspects I have, not being able to command/communicate standards, avoiding conflicts whether with friends or girlfriend etc

  • and yeah everything said about unconscious beliefs, lack of self esteem

What do you think and would you recommend something else maybe?

Thanks everyone appreciate this forum a lot

There’s only one way to know for sure. If you do them both, start at 30 seconds each and follow the new recommendations for progressive microlooping.

This is what I am doing in 3 stages. It fixes everything you said. Right now I am on DRR4, Sanguine, QL2. DRR can be tough for some, and sanguine helps a lot with the heavy recon. Stacking 2 Multi-stagers is doable if you have a balance the audios correctly and have a high intuition.

  • Severe = DRR (healing) + Sanguine (balancing) + QL1 (repairing the nervous system)
  • Medium = Phoenix (reframing) + Emp: TWTP (establishing strong boundaries)
  • Mild = Khan Stage 1 - Total Breakdown (rooting out obstacles) + LB (self-love)

I wouldn’t recommend it.

AND, I’d add that Khan Black is a very particular subliminal. It’s not exactly for nice guy syndrome. It’s for sexual energy cultivation, especially through Qi Gong, No Fap, spiritual practices, and a general spiritual-energetic complex of beliefs that make it uniquely what it is.

So not only would I not really recommend two multi-stagers, I also wouldn’t recommend Khan Black for ur goals,

MAYBE khan, but again, DRR and Khan would be SUCH overkill, especially since they’re both a “total breakdown” with Khan being a bit more social/sexual.

I think both are good but Khan is more social/sexual (nice guy related) than DRR, so you might try that.

And then I’d use Summertime as the second sub, for joy, results enhancement, social power/presence/magnetism, a type of non-healing healing, and some instant and positive results to go with the multi-staged extremely-delayed-gratification approach.

Summertime or GLM, but I’m strongly leaning towards Summertime for the ability to get out of your own head and love life, be present, go after what you want and love instead of be worried about fears/insecurities.

Read the summertime forum thread and stack with DRR, or Khan, or even just Emperor/GLM, and you’ll be golden I promise you that

I say KHAN + LOVEBOMB or KHAN + KHAN BLACK + LOVEBOMB

Start with Primal over khan. Its much eaiser to run and can address the same issues.

Hi @hamyakos

May I ask what experience you have with subs (programs here at SubClub) so far? Are you new?
Or if not, which subs have you run, and for how long?

Also, what were the key things that most attracted you to the two subs you’ve already mentioned?

If we know the answers to these questions, it would help to give you better answers I think

Thanks everyone really appreciate the recommendations

I forgot to give context and say I was just done with Khan stage 3, and decided instead of quitting it im gonna finish stage 4 along with doing summertime like @Jouissance recommended

As per @Layman question - I’ve started doing subs at SC on November 2024, I’ve done dragon reborn, E.O.G (Which helped massively), Khan now starting stage 4, Just a little bit of emperor, R.I.C.H many times, Stark

What attracted me to those 2 subs in my main post was the healing aspect and re-building my belief system. However I think I’ve gone too far and only need slight nudges to the right direction and reprogramming now, because I’m almost done with Khan now - so decided to finish it instead and after that we’ll see

Stage three is least in line with the goal of eradicating nice guys syndrome… it’s all about taking action on the results of Khan.

Stage 1 heals blockages to nice guy syndrome and stage 2 builds the foundation, body language, beliefs, actions, etc.

That might be why you were having recon and/or not feeling like khan was right for u.

Stage four Will include tiny, tiny portions of stage one, and continue the work of stage two… well also add adding in the action taking of stage three…

If you don’t feel like you’re where you want to be with your Khan goals, you could run stage four, or you can alternate between stage one two and four as you see fit…

Regeneration or summertime stacked with stage four would probably help you integrate the goals very well…

Or or if you’d like customs, stage 4 with Synergy: I AM ATMAN would provide the I AM module which adds some of that total breakdown effect, and then you can add status modules in line with your goals,

Once you hit stage four and get a bit of progress there, if you feel like you’re a nice guy syndrome is especially bad with women… Wanted would be the best sexual specific sub to pair with it.

You run a lot of multistagers which is great but I think ultimately you should ask yourself what single-stager most aligns with who you want to become, and run that as the foundation of your stack without ever changing it much, because your ultimate vision of who you want to be on this planet should not change that much.

For me, I “am” the C&C archetype. Perhaps later on that’ll switch to the Emperor Daddy + C&C archetype. But I know I’m keeping C&C in my stack for YEARS, just like I did House Of Medici.

And I know that when I switched off my true archetype (HOM/CC) to try out titles that solved other short term goals quicker, my results became a rollercoaster of high and lows that ultimately left my life in a plateau, because I wasn’t in that super long term vision.

If you’re running EOG and Khan, you’re probably aligned with Emperor, especially if nice guy is still an issue.
