Stacking 2 ZP titles

Hi,

I finished my first Ascension cycle and going to add Love Bomb to my stack.

I read that we should listen back to back: Running 2 titles separately during the day - #10 by SubliminalUser

  1. I think I should run first Love Bomb and then Ascension, because the Love Bomb healing effect will enhance the Ascension effects. Is this correct? Or the order doesn’t matter?

  2. I still didn’t figure out the listening time sweet spot for Ascension. Last time I listened to it it was a 1m loop and it seems I had the best results so far with 1m 30s, but I’m still not sure about this. Should I start with loops of 1m for both programs?

Thanks

The order doesn’t matter that much.

That’s a good starting point. Start slowly going up until the recon is too much for your preference.

Now I’m wondering:

  • If I would run just Ascension, I would do a 1m loop tomorrow.
  • But I’m going to run 2 programs, so if 1m each would be 2m for the first day, which might be too much.
  • That being said I could start with 30s loops for both programs.
  • Another option, would be to run 1m for Ascension, since I already did a cycle of it, and 30s for Love Bomb, but I don’t know if it’s recommendable to run micro loops with different lengths for different programs.

It’s okay to run them at different lengths.

Go as low as you think you need to go, then slowly build it up from there until you hit your sweet spot.

I think you misunderstood though

You don’t have to go for 1m of total duration for ALL subs, microloops apply to individual subs. You can run both subs at 1 min or sub 1 for 1 minute, sub 2 for 5 minutes. Not total duration.

Do experiment with different lengths though. Depending on where you are, 30 sec for each sub might be the sweet point for you

I decided to go for 30s loops for both titles.

Other questions:

  1. If I feel reconciliation, how am I going to know to which title is it due? I ask this because some titles hit us more deeply than others.
  2. In the case reconciliation is due only to title 1, when I recover from it can I increase the listening time for title 2?

That question is the very reason why I add subs to my stack one by one. I usually start with sub #1 for 1 or 2 rounds to see how I react to it. If recon is too strong, I stay on that sub until I get past recon. It would be unwise to add a second sub when you can’t even properly navigate the first one. After I add the second sub, I run the stack for at least two cycles before I add a third one. That’s how I manage to tell which sub is causing the recon.

@ksub at the moment, I can navigate the sub #1, the thing is that I’m not sure yet about the sweet spot for sub #1.

I agree with your approach and maybe I should have found the sweet spot before adding a second sub, but I’ll take the risk.

I understood you’ve used Ascension for 1:30 without any trouble. So that could be a starting point. Continue using it with 1:30.

Then you can add LB with 30 seconds.

If you don’t get recon, everything is fine.

Increase Listening time each time you listen for one sub. So once you get recon you know it’s probably from the one you increased last.

Another thing I’ll play with it’s with the listening volume. I guess we don’t have to listen to all the subs in the stack using the same volume.
