Today is my last washout day, and I’m going to stack Stark + Wanted + LBFH for a very long time. Perhaps, for one year or a little less.
The problem for me is I don’t know how combine titles, like Stark + LBFH on Day A, then solely Wanted on Day B, or Wanted + LBFH and Stark or Stark + Wanted and LBFH?
Thus, I want to optimize combination to reach a balance in terms of script density per one listening day.

Wanted and Stark are two dense subs. LBFH feels light to me. You could run LBFH and one of the denser subs one day and the other sub by itself on another day.
Whether you run LBFH with Wanted or Stark on Day 1, doesn’t really matter because it is always up to your subconscious to process and integrate the scripting as it sees fit. You have little to no control on that. Get the subs in, take action and trust your subconscious to use the scripting in the most beneficial way to you.

why Stark + LBFH? Is WANTED denser than Stark?

Hard to tell which is the densest. But LBFH is the least dense.

yeah, that’s right. I was sure people would recommend either Stark + LBFH or WANTED + LBFH. But I would like to know why Lion suggested exactly Stark + LBFH.

WANTED has loads of physical shifting which makes it quite heavy.
Not an exact science since ZP has made the denseness of scripts not as concrete as before but I guess physical shifting can be considered denser.

Did you run them before? For example if you already ran wanted for a cycle or two but never ran stark, you will probably be better off with wanted + lbfh and stark on solo days.

I ran 3 cycles of Wanted and one cycles of Stark and LBFH, but that was before ZPv2, except of LBFH. So, I guess I will go with WANTED + LBFH and Stark solo, in this case.

Is building a custom an Option?

And if Wanted is to energy intensive you can let it rest for a while.
I have a Wanted custom but i had to stop it after 2 weeks,it made me too tired for 10 days. So i lisen to that custom not very often.
