Honestly that could’ve been why. During my second cycle I started with microloops, i.e. starting at 30 seconds and increasing by 30 seconds each listening. When I got to 4 minutes, that’s when I hit some recon.

That’s interesting, how many weeks did you do primal for? And what was the rest of your stack, was it related?
I have new Love Bomb and Khan Black 4. Though I was on KB 3 when I was doing Primal 1x weekly. Still doing Primal just in normal rotation because after a few cycles I just wanted more Primal in the mix.
The sales copy clearly says:

I’m running Primal myself, and even though I’ve made great progress on it, I needed to aid it with SSX since I could clearly see that there are still some seduction patterns that need to get worked on before I can truly tap into what Primal really offers, that is

PRIMAL is an ethos, a philosophy of living.
It’s about crafting the reality you’ve always envisioned, seizing life with both hands and molding it to fit the contours of your deepest desires.
It’s really not a foundational sub and everyone should do the work before embarking on it.

Thanks a lot, @Sub.Zero. I get the sense that I should hold off on Primal for a while. There’s a certain coaching program I’m going through right now on this topic and my subliminal stack is meant to go along with that. I have a feeling Primal is something I would run after the end of the program, meaning I’ll have run my KB + DD + SSX stack for a few months by then.

In my opinion, this right here is a false narrative and it’s going to put some people off running this sub.
Primal is a seduction sub alright, but it’s not simply a seduction sub. Read the copy again, try to understand the concept behind the sub, the mechanics by which seduction is then accomplished.
It’s about risk taking, being free, being liberated beyond convention, embodying a truly Primal man.
It’s not just seduction. Read the copy again, it is painting an image of what the sub offers and then ask yourself
What does a truly primal man mean to you?

All those titles lay great foundations for what Primal really offers, given you’ve done thorough healing, that you have.
Another thing is, Primal made me understand that revisiting the term “reconciliation” may be necessary as I’ve experienced it on Primal in different forms than the ones described in the traditional terms.
To me, “the new recon” (related to the NSE) doesn’t always manifest in the forms we all know (irascibility, anxiety etc.), I would say it rarely manifests in those forms, and its essential form is very similar to what we used to call “stonewalling”. Yet it’s never total but encompasses certain parts of the scripting we’re unable to execute at the moment. It’s a kind of inability to execute patterns encouraged by those parts of the scripting. That inability is perceived on the subconscious level only, and what helps to overcome it is to get aware of that inability and recognize those patterns in order to try to reinforce them in a conscious way, mainly by reflecting upon them and taking proper action.

How long have you been running it, mate? If you base your opinion on the sales copy solely it’s not really serious to argue with someone who’s been running Primal for over six months, with some breaks in between.
On top of that, you’re referring to the very basic aspect of Primal while the sub offers so much more than that.

I’ve ran it for three cycles now.
I know you have ran it for six months as you say. However, that is your own experience and unique insight of the sub, or doesn’t mean others will have the same experience as you did.
Two different people can run the same sub and get different results.

@Sub.Zero I’m curious, would it be more helpful to jump straight to KB ST4 instead of KB ST3? I am wondering if it would be better to benefit from both the energy boost of ST3 and the sexual energy discipline that comes with ST1. Or is this the recon talking into trying another quick solution.

What’s funny is that you frame it as if it applied to me only. I pointed to the real potential of the sub, backed by my results and experiences whilst you and many others are focused on the essential work that Primal does. Mind that that essential work offered by Primal is not its main objective but a prerequisite to, yet again,
the sanctum of COMPLETE, OVERWHELMING seduction .
There are other subs that cover that prerequisite way faster and better than Primal (Ascension + SSX, for example) and that’s why I don’t consider it a foundation sub. Even getting good results on it (you can read about in my journal) I still deemed it necessary to cover some basics by adding SSX to my stack.
Do your washout and then consider it. Take into account what St3 has done for you so far and what else it could offer you if you decided to run it longer.
Yea, so I gave it some more thought. Really the idea came from an immediate desire to destroy the pmo thread that resurfaced with the recon. I’m thinking running one loop of ST1 would get me back on track before switching out to ST3. Now whether to do that tomorrow or Sunday is the question…

Reading the PRIMAL description @Sub.Zero , I do like that there’s social stuff that goes along with it—not quite a sequel to Daredevil, but still respecting general social development while now becoming much more about being masculine and more sexual.
