SPS Module Limit?

Is there a limit of SPS modules that you can have in your custom? Same question for APS modules as well. I have tried looking through the support articles with no luck. Anyone know this answer?

The more modules you have, the more spread out the healing will be. There is also the possibility of increased tiredness.

Some of our testers felt great and had great results using a large number of APS/SPS modules, some only had very specific issues they wanted to target and did so with incredible success. I personally wouldn’t go over 3-4 areas/systems at a time… however, we always say - feel free to experiment, especially if you understand the dichotomy of wider/narrower results.

But Fire recommended a maximum of 4 APS/SPS modules in your custom.

He said he personally wouldnt go over 4 sps modules, but that some tester have used a large number with great results.

I think 4 was the original recommendation. So as far as I’m concerned, mentioning 4 as a reference is legitimate.

When I did a custom with a lot of SPS and other physical shifting modules my physical abilities have dropped significantly.

When I did Muay Thai I suddenly became a lot worse and I had less energy throughout the day, needed more sleep.

But when I took a break from the custom I felt amazing, even better than before I have used it.

So just know that there can be side effects but they are not that bad.
