Interesting, I hadn’t even considered that. Thanks for the input. It’s so fascinating how our subconscious mind works. Are there factors that could affect subconscious processing positively like sleep, meditation, singing etc.,?

Coconut flakes work like a charm. Ketones.

I’ll definitely try that.

Basically, all that boosts your energy levels, yet coconut flakes are the healthiest and easiest solution. It helps in terms of the processing, not so much with recon.

This solution is great for people on whom subliminal input is too taxing energetically. It was really useful when using the pre-ZP tech (Q). However, I didn’t try it when using ZP, as ZP is way less taxing on me, and the processing is really smooth.

Awesome, I’m going to buy lots and lots of coconut flakes because I noticed that it’s definitely tasking when running ZP for me, personally. It’s worse when running terminus so I’ll definitely try this.

Maybe a silly question but what would happen if a sub was made assuming processing was happening now?

After reading this stuff, I bought some MCT oil…maybe that’s even more effective than the flakes.

Other than that, I recently started cryotherapy. 10 times in 2 weeks. Definitely made all subliminales hit harder and made me more clear in my mind, reduced recon etc.

  1. Put on some weird looking helmet primarily designed for treating neurological brain disorders and start penetrating my skull with light just to feel less drained from subliminals.

  2. Reduce my subliminal exposure.

Decisions, decisions…

Not necessarily, photobiomodulation has many wide applications for healthy individuals with no brain disorders like affecting the default brain network and connectivity.
You can read more here but here’s an excerpt from an accredited journal:

Excerpt from the journal:
In this context, some recent findings using photobiomodulation, the use of red to near infrared light (λ = 600–1000 nm) on body tissues, have indicated that, quite remarkably, it can not only influence the survival and functional activity of any type of neuron (Hamblin, 2016; Mitrofanis, 2019), but after transcranial application, it appears to influence the functional connectivity of large scale networks such as the default mode network (Naeser et al., 2020). Transcranial photobiomodulation (henceforth referred to as “light”) has been reported to reduce activation and resting connectivity strengths between cortical regions responding to a simple finger-tapping task, including parts of the default mode network in healthy control subjects (El Khoury et al., 2019).

There’s actually a lot of research journals(100s if not 1000s) done on photobiomodulation and the positive effects on healthy brains. You should check it out, you’ll definitely be surprised all the different applications. Not even talking about subliminals but just overall well being and cognitiion in preventing cognitive decline later in life.

I even forgot about MCT oils, good choice.

I was just thinking today about integration and how taking action helps with integrating a subliminal. But an idea popped into my mind and had me wondering, could method acting help with integrating or incorporating certain personality traits from a subliminal’s objective? Let’s say you run primal seduction and one of the objectives is to be more masculine, if you embodied a character who was masculine and dominant, like actors do with a role, with that make the integration easier and more fluid?
I read that actors can get so lost in a role so much that they begin to adopt the traits of their character, blurring the lines between the character and the actor

from the article, what really stood out to me:

These studies didn’t involve overt acting, nor professional actors, and yet merely spending some time thinking about another person seemed to rub off on the volunteers’ sense of self. ‘[B]y simply thinking about another person, we may adapt our self to take the shape of that person,’ said Meyer and her colleagues. In light of these findings, it is little wonder that actors, who sometimes spend weeks, months or even years fully immersed in the role of another person, might experience a drastic alteration to their sense of self.

That our sense of self should have this ephemeral quality might be a little disconcerting, especially for anyone who has struggled to establish a firm sense of identity. Yet there is an optimistic message here, too. The challenge of improving ourselves – or at least seeing ourselves in a more positive light – might be a little easier than we thought. By roleplaying or acting out the kind of person we would like to become, or merely by thinking about and spending time with people who embody the kind of attributes we would like to see in ourselves, we can find that our sense of self changes in desirable ways. ‘As each of us chooses who to befriend, who to model, and who to ignore,’ write Meyer and her colleagues, ‘we must make these decisions aware of how they shape not only the fabric of our social networks, but even our sense of who we are.’

Would love to know your input on this.

Those are interesting studies although I’ve know that from my own experience.

When I was running WANTED prototype (as a ZP tester), and later on WANTED OG I stumbled upon the idea of recognizing the “core persona” that the sub is supposed to help you embody and try to play-act that persona in order to help the process so that at some point that persona (or at least to the point you’ve managed to play-act it) becomes your second nature. It’s like being an actor until we become the “personification”. Something along with the old saying; fake it till you make it, yet it has nothing to do with faking but rather striving to align with that “core persona” as much as we can.

It may be the most powerful form of aligning with the scripting. The point may be to recognize that “core persona”, aligned with the scripting, in you and help it “come to life” by consistent and gradual play-acting it till we get there, I think.

Edit:
I just posted my SSX ride result that is relevant to what I said above as SSX has helped me recognize that “core persona” (that aspect of me) aligned with the scripting, yet I chose not to go that route as I don’t deem SSX critical for “bringing it to life”:

@AnswerGroup Maybe it will interest you.

That’s very fascinating. Can’t wait to try this concept out myself with primal and limitless executive. I’ll definitely keep up with your journal to see the transformation that comes out of it, really exciting stuff to take note of and study.

The whole thing is about recognising your Zero Point (who you truly are and what you’re truly capable of) and aligning with it. That approach, play-acting different “core personas,” can help with that tremendously as you’re going to experiment and see what resonates with you (your Zero Point) the most.

That’s what happened to me on SSX, although it was entirely subconscious, that is until the final result, when I realised what actually happened to me.

Ohhh, everything just clicked right now in my brain. I didn’t know thats what zero point meant. It makes sense though, since we were little, we have been pretending and play acting, so it must be innate. Also a lot of successful people use this very concept, to achieve a goal. Like the late great Kobe Bryant who had the alter ego black mamba, or David Bowie who had Ziggy stardust, Beyonce with Sasha Fierce and many ,many more athletes and successful giants. It’s amazing how much we still don’t know about how the human mind operates and what we can truly achieve.I feel like we haven’t even touched the surface of what is even capable with the human mind.

I had another question regarding core personas. So I know we talking about play acting the different personas and a thought came to mind. What if I could write a story about myself with the core objectives of the sub I’m running. A story where I’m being my most boldest, most masculine, most confidence self and keep rewriting that story over and over, almost like mental rehearsal, or rehearsing a part in my head. Would this interfere with the subliminals?

I got the idea from this video where they talk about how when reading fiction or about someone doing something, like from example throwing a ball, we activate the same cognitive functions as a person throwing a ball:

other articles I’ve read say that reading fiction or any story is like simulation for your brain

So the way I interpret all this is why not create your own stories instead of reading someone else, since stories engage our minds in ways that seem subconscious, in nature.

Not at all.

That may be beneficial. However, nothing can replace taking action that opens up pathways to manifestation. So, it’s about playacting, not so much about writing the play.

:snowflake:

Simply allowing yourself to develop the perception of recon in the frame of ‘I am grateful for this because it means I am growing internally as a person in a profound way’. And when you’re under a lot, assume that what is happening is straightening out something that’s held you back.

The mere opposite is running away and struggling away from it like you’re in an ocean and panicking to swim. Allow yourself to relax into the pain and transformation.

most definitely I agree with you 100%, my aim was more of reducing recon when taking action or before. Kind of like pre action. The goal at the end of the day is to maximize the action taken to get me closer to the goal.
