A little bit of a rough day. Sent a message to a person I know try the beta for the startup (which is free) and got a pretty offensive message calling me names and threatening me to try to ruin me to the group I’m in. At that time, I wanted to send a message back but I took a step back and wondering is that really a smart idea? Instead I decided to ignore the message and just block the person.

People like that don’t want to know what your about to say they have so much anger and negative energy that it’s not worth trying to defend yourself. Instead understand it and use it as a learning opportunity to not bring people like that into your life. If it wasn’t for Nouveau RICH, I would of probably replied but I know that someone who wants to be rich would ignore it and not pay attention to it.

On another side on Nouveau RICH my communication skills are a lot better. Had to do outreach to get more beta users for the startup to get more feedback and overall all everyone except 1 single person was really positive and I sent a appreciative message to every single one which I don’t always do so this must be a new thing with Nouveau RICH so far things I’ve noticed with Nouveau RICH:

  • Resilience to negativity
  • Empathy and enhanced communication skills
  • Deeper appreciation for what I already have/gratitude
  • Enhanced cognitive abilities
  • Want to figure and work towards become even wealthy. Striving for more then minimum.

Going to start networking outside of my niche like I use to. I was so focused on networking with people in my space that now that I’ve networked with them all I’m kind in a spot like “wait that’s it”. Going to expand my view and grow even more by connecting/networking with individuals outside of my space building a relationship with them and have close connections with them. They may not be my friends but connections are always valuable to have no matter who you are or what your doing.

That message was a reminder that I should go the extra mile. To be honest seeing it and remembering it right now gives me the feeling that I haven’t enough and truth is even tho I’ve done a lot I haven’t all the way. From January to around May I was dedicating my life to networking doing over 100+ calls connecting with every single person I could from all around the world. Now that I’ve built out a good frame, I thought it was good enough when truth is. It never is, you always have to keep going the extra mile be it networking, wealth, romance, etc. Now start the journey of me going the extra mile on networking doing my connect calls again and connecting with whoever I get the opportunity to do it with.

Yesir full loops but yeah Nouveau RICH has started working faster then WB back when I ran it.

Then again I’m like the pre archetype of Nouveau RICH. When I read the story and sales page, I know it’s who I am and wanted to become so I might have high flow factor with it.

Has anyone tried going for a walk while using Nouveau RICH?

I have and it’s been phenomenal I didn’t realize a whole 45 minutes passed while walking and listening to Dave Asprey. I know this a super small detail and small result but I usually get bored on walks. Today was fun and had energy to go for even more steps than usual.

Also energy is next level on this. I usually get sleepy or lazy but since using one loop. I’ve had more energy then I have this whole past few weeks. Maybe it’s because I’m healing from a cold but still wanted to mention it since that was the most noticeable thing about Nouveau RICH.

Finally one of the people I work with for the advisory got back to me. Want to say it’s because of Nouveau RICH because it took some time for them to get back. Now we wait and get to work.

Biohacking Diet (Engineered to fit my needs):

Meal 1:

200g of greek yogourt

20g of raw honey

200g of fruit

1 scoop of grass fed protein

1 scoop of greens

3 raw eggs

15g of MCT Oil

Meal 2 (Pre Workout Meal):

Snack (Pre Workout Snack):

1 scoop of grass fed protein

1 protein bar

Meal 3 (Post Workout Meal)

200g of white jasmine rice

15g of Miso Paste

200g of steak/beef

Just need to figure out meal 2 and what I would eat by then as currently there’s a missing piece which is fat and protein.
