I bought spartan as I had been planning on getting bigger. It’s description also says that it’ll help increase mental strenght. So does it only build mental toughess for bodybuilding or does it also build toughness for other disciplines like for eg. Work routines or study sessions?

Mental toughness is mental toughness. While Spartan’s implementation is targeted at bodybuilding and exercise, you’ll still get some benefits in any area that requires mental fortitude.
