Spartan physical shifting question

On the spartan sales page, It says that you can use visualization for your ideal body…what if I suck at visualizing…can I use a vision board instead of the ideal body shape…using like a face swap ai…

because like I said, I can’t visualize and when I try I never get the image I want in my head

I would be on top of all the world and not in an arrogant type of way but in an accomplished type of way because I’ve always wanted to be that guy but ran into some obstacles along the way

that feeling IS the visualization. the image is just a trigger for the feeling. sit in that feeling more.

tbh, and this is not in any egotistical way or narcissistic thinking, but I want women to lust over my looks and body just like how men do when they see a gorgeous woman with nice curves and pretty face but the opposite…the handsome guy effect.

I know spartan or any physical shifting sub is very energy expansive…

would a sub like spartan derail your brain energy and make it harder to process other subs in your stack or what exactly happens when running a sub that requires a lot of energy that you are not able to meet…does harsh recon occur or does your brain wait to process whatever the sub later

Think of it like working out: intense training days will increase fuel demand and recovery time so you gotta adjust accordingly.

Have you ever deprived yourself of sleep for days?

Eventually, the bill comes due.

Or, use the microloop strategy and adjust your fuel and rest as your body adapts to avoid major recon or overexposure.
