I plan on listening to Lots and spartan for 3 minutes each same day,would this cause too much recon or overload?
Anyone have experience?
I know i could start at 30s but that would take 6 listening days to get to 3 minutes and just seems unneccesary for a title that doesnt seem so “advanced”

And i plan on using paragon as a 3rd sub wich i already have without issue
It’s possible you are sensitive to the subliminals which he why you get recon even when running at 30 seconds or 3 minutes.
What you can do is try doing is run Spartan for 3.minutss on one day. Then on the next listening day run LotS for 3 minutes. And then on the next listening day run PC.
If this doesn’t give you recon, try 1.5 minutes of both Spartan and LoTS the next listening day and see how it is. Then PC on the next listening day.
If this too doesn’t give recon, then go for 3 minutes of both Spartan and LotS the next listening day. After 48 hours, run PC.
If you don’t want to wait this long, you will just have to risk it and try 3 minutes of both Spartans on the first day itself and see how it goes.
Both Spartan and LotS are made to be run in a stack so they might combine very well and (possibly) give less recon.
Stay on paragon, start by adding lots for a cycle with paragon. Then add spartan on cycle 2 if you’re still feeling good.
I can only speak from experience both lots and spartan synergize well. The other thing is LOTS has alot of positivity scripting which means recon for me was close to zero in fact most of the time it was non existent.
I would.go for 6 mins for each then go for full loops the following week.
