Since I am getting nearly zero response from support and saint
I should say I take rest days, but I listen to 7.5 minute versions of GLM, Commander, wanted and PCC in one listen every other day

It vanish results and after a recon in the rest day you think results are vanished, but no! They are integrand you are no longer that! Conscious of them
Yep, the transformation is so smooth and feels so natural that it’s so easy to miss a lot of changes that have happened to you. One must be really self-aware in deed to grasp the volume of the transformation.
