Someone Else's Custom Sent to me

My order number: #29671 (Name-Embedded Major)

Other order number: #29687

Today i receive download link mail for both of these order numbers but the one in the below (#29687) is not an order number that belongs to me. (so other person might have not receive theirs)

My question is, i wonder if my order (#29671) might got mixed up in there too somehow?

Would appreciated if sent to me again fresh.

Also send a ticket (ID #29878)

Did you check the order number of the mp3 file after unzipping it?

I do, still the same with one written in the mail and the folder name.

I still got my name-embedded track with my name written on it and with the right order number.

It’s just that there’s an extra mail arrived with some other order number (still with my name written on it).

But i still wonder:

Rebuild link reached me last night. But interesting thing is seems like it was build with a “Storm” mask (it is written instead of Solace - i did not listen yet to keep my stack)

Is this the first time someone received this mask ever? :sweat_smile: :joy:

Sigh, we’ll remake it again. My apologies. Q-Engineer is fighting a terrible migraine today.

Yes, we have a prototype thunder / storm mask that we’re working on (I mentioned somewhere not too long ago that we were working on new masks), but I don’t think it’s actually installed on Q-Engineer’s box, since everything defaults to either the legacy mask or Solace. I’m guessing they clicked the wrong radio button.

Could you listen for a few seconds and verify? I did check the order manifest – it’s the proper custom. Just either wrong label or wrong mask, lol.

EDIT: … and if it is the thunder mask, let us know how you like it, lol. We accidentally sent @Invictus one with the storm mask once and he’s been hounding us to make it official for awhile now. I personally don’t like the way it sounds. I recorded it long before I was actually good at recording nature sounds.

I listen to the track for couple seconds. It is the Solace mask after all.
