Solidifying results

I’ve been visualizing my goal and had a thought - once I achieve it, do I just stop running the stack immediately or give it a few more months to “solidify” results? To reinforce the programming even more and make them more “permanent”

On one hand, the goal is achieved and I can move on to other stuff.

On the other hand, it definitely can’t hurt to habituate even more to the new reality, even if it was achieved slowly and deliberately

What’s your guys experience?

Its up to you. Ive run WDB for about nine months (store to name embedded to now a custom). I plan on running the custom for 6 to 12 more months before I move on. Some folks keep a title in their stack long term or come back to it often cause they can still defend from. The results.
