All those are different skills. One isn’t going to cover everything.
Communication => Stark?
Teamwork => Chosen, HoM
Problem-solving / critical thinking => Limitless, Quantum Limitless, Beyond Limitless, Stark
Adaptability => What does that even mean? Everyone is adaptable to some degree.
Time management => Commander + Limitless Executive?
Leadership => Chosen, Stark, HoM and any alpha sub.
Creativity => Renaissance Man, Stark, Ultimate Writer, Mind’s Eye
Emotional intelligence => Many healing subs but also Dragon Reborn multistage, Regeneration, LBFH, Chosen, Mogul and more.

HoM, hands down. I mean look at @Niles @Jouissance @Extraordinaire and many others who I considered possibly the ones who have the best soft skills I’ve ever seen.
What do they all have in common? They use HoM (Yes their super smart to but that’s besides the point).

The following points are from the Objectives of Stark:
- Develop an aura that inspires others to follow you but also to innovate and create by themselves – bring out the genius in others and become awe-inspiring (leadership & team work)
- Become the avatar of charisma, easily persuade others to believe in your ideas and you, effortlessly charm others, no matter who they are (communication)
- Have incredible, overflowing creativity and innovation that lets you create the most ingenious solutions and products (creativity)
- Develop your intelligence, ability to innovate, to make connections, create, strategize and plan (critical thinking & problem solving)
Regarding time management, Stark does make you more productive and if focus on tasks related to your goals, you will automatically find yourself managing your time wisely.
And last but not the least, Renaissance Man is better at emotional intelligence but Stark comes a close second since you are more friendly, humorous and witty with others on this title.

If I were picking only 1 title for as many of those 50 skills as possible, my sub would be EOG, Khan, or Chosen.
I can easily imagine someone preferring Medici, Renaissance Man, Emperor, PCC, Stark, etc., as each archetype has its own blend of soft skills.
Choose what you enjoy the most, and recon the least.
