Social Anxiety (Job)

Hey I’m starting cashier at my job tomorrow and I’m not really that good with social interactions , I mean I’m not horrible, I don’t start shaking and stuff but could be better, which subliminals would help with this?

Daredevil will definitely help.

Social anxiety can be a lot to unwrap. What triggers the anxiety the most?

Perhaps ascension and stark in the longer run

others have given you good sub advice…

try to treat it as a game… interacting with people is game

when you see repeat customers, tell them good to see you again… tell them you like their clothes or comment on things they’re bought…

if you see someone buying healthy food… comment on how nice it is to be mindful of healthy eating…

realise they’re humans… try to work as if you don’t hate your job… if you treat it as a game… you prolly wont dislike your job…

good luck man!

Need more info to give good suggestions.

What do you actually love to do? What makes you feel happiness or enjoyment from day to day?

What do you care about?

Where do you want your life to go and how is that process going?

How does this job fit into your bigger picture goals?

What, to you, are the decent parts about this job? (e.g., low pressure, commute time, etc.)

How long are you hoping to stay at this job?

When you picture things going wrong at the job (as you must be, since you’re feeling worried, but haven’t actually started the job yet), what’s happening in the picture?

What would need to be happening in the picture for you to feel that things were going really well?

Without knowing the answers to any of those things, I’ll say run Sanguine and possibly Limit Destroyer.

Whatever you ultimately choose (oh. pun intended), I’d say to go with Ultima tracks, since you’re dealing with a specific, immediate situation that requires good short-term coping.

Ultima is insanely good advice. I wish I had something that could shift my state immediately when I was growing up with social anxiety. I think the insidious nature of it, depending on how you are as a person, putting yourself into anxiety provoking situations can make it worse and spiral out of control. Contrary to the popular advice of everyone saying exposure is good. If your mind is a runaway train it’s a breeding ground for more insecurities and doubts which just compounds the anxiety. Not really the OP theirs sounds more mild, but I’m glad people have access to a tool like this that’s better than “just get over it”
