Over there they have recommendations how to listen to subliminals for example listen using stereo system with 20 khz capability. Is that kind of the same thing over here too or what are the requirements can you like listen using any kind of equipment or does something like 20 khz matter?

Or can we use any regular generic stereo equipment to listen to whether using earbuds or through any brand stereo system

If you can get a 20khz, then that is best. If not, use whichever stereo you have. Be mindful not to blast your ears with ultrasonic on earbuds - those are best for proper speakers.

Iā€™m talking about the devices used, not the tracks. Tracks are equivalent - use whichever one is more comfortable for you.
