I was running Paragon for a while and started having sleep issues. I only did microloops of 15-30 seconds 2-3 times a week. After taking a break, I switched to Phoenix. Since I’m very sensitive to subliminals, I started with a 15-second microloop, but my sleep issues returned, even worse this time. I believe these problems are caused by subconscious fear, which I have a lot of. I could reduce the time to less than 15 seconds to see if there is improvement, but that seems kind of ridiculous, honestly. Has anyone else experienced sleep issues with subs and managed to fix them? Does it get better over time?
When during the day are you listening?
For me it makes a huge difference if I’m listening in the morning or at night.
I had serious issues with KB3. To much energy circling through my body and I got heat rushes at night and then again I felt cold.
I started microlooping Paragon Sleep for that and it vanished.
And short loops aren’t ridiculous. @Viktor plans to start his Dragon ride with something like 3 seconds.
Are you using ultrasonic file? I found out that it kept me awake when I listened to it at night.
Also I lost sleep when I overloaded, i.e. too much listening = too much processing. Maybe take more rest days or washout and see if it helps.
Lastly for me there were certain subs like Stark (probably me reacting to the intelligence script) seemed to keep my mind awake at night. What I am trying to say is maybe that’s how you react to certain subs. In this case maybe listen to it at daytime.
I always listen in the mornings.
It’s not the first night that’s the worst; it’s usually day two, which is weird.
In my case, I’m pretty sure it’s deep-seated fear or trauma that blocks energy from circulating. Subliminal input seems to put more pressure on my system, making me feel more energetically constipated, if that makes sense. Three-second loops sound odd, but maybe it’s something to consider. I’m not sure what else to try. Hopefully it gets better over time

It does feel like I’m overloaded as you pointed out. Although It’s odd how I can get overloaded from a 15s loop.
If you don’t depend on any sub, maybe try a washout and an even slower approach.
And yes, even a few seconds can bring forth great results or heavy recon.
Viktor uses very small loops and very small increases. Because for him, sometimes a 10 second increase leads to too much recon. So, depending on the sub, he choses only 3 second steps.
Also SaintSovereign uses like 30 seconds once a week with Khan Black because everything else is to hard.
I don’t know how Paragon Sleep works, but it helped with my energy circulation rather fast.
After only one cycle of KB2 (to build energetic structures) I switched to KB3 (energy production).
And I think my system wasn’t ready yet. At some point I lay awake for hours, couldn’t sleep, feeling hot - cold - hot- cold…
Shortly after I started Paragon Sleep this vanished and I sleep much better now.
Yeah alright, I will try a slower approach then and see if sleep improves. I appreciate your input
