I read somewhere today that Khan with Spartan is a good combination so I do not see any problem to pair Khan with EF.

Sleep apnea is serious shit. See a doctor before using subs.

Of course. Lately I am using mouth tape and I’ve got good results.
But for anyone reading this, consult with a doctor first!
