Skip listening if my sub is blooming?

I’m doing a Phoenix/LB custom, and I wondered about this days back. I’ve never seen this mentioned, but I could have missed it

Is it wise to skip a listening day if the sub is blooming?

2 days ago it was my listening day, and the sub was very, very active. Things were really clicking upstairs. Would me holding off listening have helped it integrate better?

If it was blooming, that means it’s integrating well right? Why would you want to find ways to integrate it “better” if it’s integrating well?

Genuine question, just so I get a sense of what you’re thinking/facing

(I have opinions on this and do something along these lines myself sometimes)

I wondered about my last question since it seemed misleading.

Clearer: I wondered if listening shuts down the bloom. Because the bloom is awesome. It tells me my mind is accepting it.

Technically speaking, you can always add extra rest days. It’s in the instruction.

I’d say just try it out.
Then compare the results.
See what works best for you.

You’re right about the instructions. I still need to read them.

I just learned weeks back that cycles went from one month to 2 months. I’m sure there’s a lot that I’ve not read yet

I think your intuition is telling you the right thing to do, hence the question. So, probably more rest days
