Looked at the Spartan’s copy this morning, and thought I’d go over what I’ve noticed so far.
- Develop incredible willpower that will help you achieve any physical goal you desire – no more skipping workouts.
- Profound physical shifting to ensure every part of your body is developed and strong, even the often neglected parts of the body like ligaments and bones.
- Physical shifting that can be consciously guided, allowing you to excel with any part of your body – perfect for those who base their styles on specific movements, such as kicks.
- Increase the rate of muscle growth and improve all the necessary particularities of fighting such as concentration, endurance, speed, flexibility, power, balance, etc.
- Cultivate a mindset of embracing the challenge and hardship, a mindset that pushes you to excel not just physically but even in everyday life.
- Improve your mind’s inner workings through the profound overall effect that Spartan has on your body.
- Transform yourself into a true warrior – you will develop an air of unyielding spirit that people will respect.
- Meet others with similar goals of pushing the limits of their physical and mental potential.
- Find information that helps you excel further and further in your quest for physical excellence.
- Excite your competitive spirit and use it to burn through your competition.
- … and much more.
I noticed each one already.
I think Spartan: Apex Warrior is extremely underrated. I’m not just gaining muscle, aesthetics, and strength in the gym - I’m gaining everything. Better recovery - I jump out of bed after a grueling workout the day prior. Functionality in terms of better hand-eye coordination, balance, and cardio. Massive discipline and mental toughness boost in general. The mindset/energy/body of this title is like a legendary warrior type of archetype. It’s way more than just physical shifting. I even notice that my focus is better during certain tasks. I know that I’m not even scratching the surface of this title as well, lol.
