Skadoosh 2026 journal

2026-01-14

2 weeks into 2026, that was fast.

I’ll come back to this journal later, probably in May.

Momentum is the theme for this year. I know the momentum is going to increase as I get closer to my goals, the only way I can screw it up is by self-sabotaging. Since January 1st, I’ve been on a steady incline that is positively noticeable every few days. I have to be like this the entire year. I want at least 1 year in my life that is perfect in that aspect.

A year that I can look back on, and see that from January 1 to December 31, I didn’t skip a beat, not for one second. The perfect year, 2026.

Potential change of plan. I might run Spartan on the side. I’ve been thinking about running a lifting booster throughout the past week. Recently hit a new PR on my deadlift, but one of these subs might help accelerate my progress.

Though I feel conflicted about it. I don’t know… back to Space Marine.

I did a 30 second loop of Spartan before my workout this morning. It was pretty intense.

I’m having a phenomenal month so far. Energy is very high. Just finished prepping my late night snack for the evening to get in my macros, and now I have a few hours left to watch sports highlights and play video games. Sleep on time, and I’ll be good to go for tomorrow.

Gym recovery is very slightly increased. Definitely something there. I’m hypersensitive to any changes in my recovery because I’ve worked out 1-2 hours daily for years. Spartan is legit.

First month of 2026 is almost over. I’ve been logging how many hours I spent on self-sabotage habits, and entertainment for this month. So far I’ve watched 2 movies, and spent 30+ hours gaming. I might need to tone it down (screw that). I think I have some type of condition where my dopamine receptors are too sensitive because my reaction to the same stimuli that others experience is way over the top. I’ll take a sip from my water bottle, and it’s like I snorted a line of coke. I must’ve done too much vitality-based QoL, rofl. I spent 18.5 hours playing AC2 this month.

In terms of the main goal, which involves manifesting an ideal, extremely niche, bucket-list, personal dream income source I now codename the “piece of eden” - I’ve made some headway mostly this past week. Very early stages of preparation, getting all of the information together, planning my pathway of how I’m going to insert myself. I’m starting to see the lines, and the coming of it together is less foreign to me. Still early, but good progress. There are usually 5 phases when I start rolling towards something, and I’ve developed a really good pattern sense over the years of where I’m at in that range of 5 phases. At the start of the year, I was beginning the first phase, and I’m currently near the end of the first phase. This is excellent. I give myself 5 months max ,but the next 2 months look eventful at the pace I’m moving. The concept of “what will you do if you don’t get this”, doesn’t even cross my mind. In my mind, it’s already mine.

I have to stay consistent, keep building the momentum, and keep taking action when it’s time.

Going hard, lol. Had one of the best workouts in a while, and I think I looked the best I’ve ever looked physically.

Looking at Spartan’s objectives right now:

Develop incredible willpower that will help you achieve any physical goal you desire – no more skipping workouts.

Doubt I’ll notice anything with this since I’m already heavily addicted to working out. The dopamine, sense of power, euphoria, and chemical release that you get from rigorous resistance training is pretty much equivalent to drugs - seeing yourself in the mirror, empowering your self-image, feeling every muscle fiber with every movement, as blood rushes to pump in through your veins, all while striving to hit a new level every time. It’s highly addictive and why people are gym addicts. The feeling of satisfaction I get after a really good workout is out of this world. The best part is that there are countless mental and physical health benefits, and the stamina/fitness/aesthetics you get, transfer over into the sex life.

Profound physical shifting to ensure every part of your body is developed and strong, even the often neglected parts of the body like ligaments and bones

Physical shifting that can be consciously guided, allowing you to excel with any part of your body – perfect for those who base their styles on specific movements, such as kicks.

Increase the rate of muscle growth and improve all the necessary particularities of fighting such as concentration, endurance, speed, flexibility, power, balance, etc.

I noticed some extra fluidity in movement with squats. When I was going up and down, it felt more smooth and springy than usual - which is good. I did notice some subconscious visualization of certain parts of my body changing in the way I desire them to develop. This may be that “consciously guided physical shifting” coming into play.

I’m also instinctively eating more protein - I had 2 protein bars instead of the usual one, lol. Really weird because I already eat a lot of protein. Maybe I’ll try out Beast Unleashed and Legacy of Spartan later - I went with Spartan because I already have it. So far I like where things are going.

Yeah, I’m sleeping really deep for extra recovery. Vivid dreams. Discipline is also higher.

Thought about going to the Olympics, but it’s so much hassle. Last year I went to a hockey playoff game and a baseball playoff game (my first baseball game ever). First one was a not too fun experience, and the second one was some pure bandwagon/hype riding nonsense that I got persuaded into by my buddies. McDavid and MacKinnon on the same team… so tempting, but I feel like going to an event like that will throw off the consistent rhythm I have in place for a perfect year. I’ll go to the next one, lol.

Woke up today feeling a lot of gratitude and pride that I had a flawless month to start off the year. A deep knowing that I did everything right. A strong sense that I leveled up - if I was level 1 at the start of the year, then I’m level 2 right now. I can’t even imagine where I’ll be by the end of the year, both internally and externally.

A nice and chill Saturday, just finished eating my post-workout meal. Took a dump earlier, digestion is top-notch and makes me happy, lol. Need to do some grocery shopping. Then I’ll cook a large stew and catch up on some gaming.

Spartan has me feeling really strong in my body, or making me more aware of how strong I am. Woke up and had this thought “damn, I’m actually really strong”. Had a weird dream that I was charging up like a Super Saiyan, rofl.

I’ve never felt more at home than in uncertainty. Never more braver in the face of danger. And never more complete in myself, that I don’t need anything - which is why I will get everything. February… I’m ready. The way of the spartan, lol.

I learned a long time ago. That if you want to bring things into fruition within your reality, things that are “out there”, then you can’t be thinking… scratch that, you can’t be embodying - a low-agency, nothing-but-a-primate, survival mode concept of yourself.

You’re not going to play a AAA video game on ultra graphic settings with one of these:
