Signs to take an early washout

I was getting good results and momentum but recently had a terribly gorey nightmare and results seem to have stalled

Is this a sign to take a washout?

Only at day 43 of the new 60 days listening cycle

You can take an early washout any time you want. Per the instructions, reducing exposure is always fine. There’s no need to even question it. If you feel you need to washout or lower exposure, do so.

While on the subject of the new 60 calendar day cycles how does that work with multi stage subs?

Previously I understood the recommended progression for 30 calendar day cycles was:
Either
Stage 1 → 1 → 2 → 2 → 3 → 3 → 4 → 4
or
Stage 1 → 2 → 3 → 4 → 1 → 2 → 3 → 4

Following the new 60 day cycle lengths does this still apply? Meaning 4 stagers would take 16 months to complete fully?

I take early wash outs all the time. The 60 day cycle is a huge investment. Use your intuition to see when you need to scale back.

Do one cycle. Assess and decide if you need to continue or advance. Trust your intuition and your journaling.

how are you gauging results? Like what defines a result for you?
I mean you are listening to paragon right? anything else?

Yeah this is what I was thinking and doing. Just would be nice to have an official guideline.

I feel like this is a sign you just faced or are facing some pretty deep blockages. It’s not necessarily a sign to take a washout on its own but if you’re overwhelmed or feel like you need a break you should definitely take one.

I tend to get pretty good results after nightmares but that might just be how I process. I like to think of nightmares almost like dream world recon. The unpleasantness that’s typically felt during the day is just making its way into subconscious imagery. Analyzing it might give you a little more insight, but just letting time pass should pick things up again. Don’t be too hard on yourself.

Hey Saint,
Maybe this is already there, but please consider including the totality of the whole of a titles theme at least in the first 30 seconds of it’s loop, if it’s possible, all the scripting but in a much less diluted manner/less repetition. Maybe someone is ok with or needs much gradual but more of a whole growth within a title. Then the other parts of the script can be the traditional microloop tech where, the themes get advanced and advanced. So if one listens to 30 1 minute, they get gradual but whole growth, I think this could really help with overexposure, then when they increase, they start to get more repetitions of that whole with the beginner → intermediate → advanced themes tech with 3-4 minutes each and when one gets to the end of the loop, they get the most amount of repetitions while they’ve gotten the diluted whole from their first listening day/week. Or they could listen to 1 minute of Khan black ST1 for a month, then proceed to the next stage while having the 1 minute startegy in their mind.

It just gets really hard for some of us to stay on a title for a long period of time where we can just increase 5-10 seconds every other or every 4 days. For example I want to run Khan black. If I have this assurance that I’m getting the whole of the scrip anyways and the other parts of the loop are just reinforcing it, then I can commit to Khan Black for 5-6 years.
This is not necessarily an excuse to add a bunch of titles to the stack just because they’re listening to 1 minute, because that 1 minute will still have reconciliation because of the vast amount of topics it covers, but it can still be an option for some of us, and I think it won’t have THAT level of recon. Besides that, there are always people who overexpose or don’t follow the 3 titles stack instruction.
If what I suggested is not possible, please include the traditional microloops strategy, but in 30 seconds to 1 minute loops rather than 3-4 minutes loops, which I suspect you’re already doing.
