Sidekick subs for reducing recon

There are some subs that were known to likely cause more recon than the others.
for example, we all know Khan st1, DR st1 are not for an easy ride because they expose your deepest traumas and sensitive mental wounds.
and some titles like Emperor, and Executive, that with extensive and strong action-taking scripts might cause more recon than the others.

I read Sanguine could reduce recon when it’s stacked. is there any other subs that could help reducing recon when it’s stacked? I reckon LBFH would do wonder since it’s the most self-love focused sub. and Sanguine:elixir would be great because it is more focused on inner part healing than Sanguine.

That one caused a nasty recon in me around 2 months ago. The recon lasted for a couple of days.

For me, running another loop of the program that caused the recon works best. But there are other ways to do that like deep introspection, self-reflection and self-expression (“expressing” your recon - safely, naturally).

Another way is, when, for example, the recon takes the form of social anxiety, then running DD comes in really handy.

Sanguine is pretty universal but it wouldn’t have helped when I was getting recon on Genesis since it was related to the core of my existence. I suppose Sanguine could have only mitigated the “pain” I felt deep in my psyche.

I have noticed that different subs sometimes trigger more and sometimes less recon for me.
You can’t say that in advance.
LBFH for example was a no-go for me. I don’t know why, but I had a hard time with that sub.
As @Sub.Zero writes, SE can also trigger recon. How you deal with this is up to you. Some just reduce the time or add more rest days. SE can work, but it doesn’t have to.
Other than that, I don’t know of any other sub that helps against recon.

interesting that even harmless looking healing subs could cause that strong recon as well.
i know healing subs are not completely free from causing recon but didnt know it could go that hard.
what symptoms of recon did you get from Sanguine: Elixir?

Irascibility and hatred towards humans.

The sub also revealed the root of it. It was about feeling hate for humans just because they were not abused and didn’t get twisted when there were infants and kids like I did.

I took another approach to solve it. I ran CFW and DD to deal with my social anxiety and get healed indirectly by experiencing and being open to people’s acceptance and affection. DD put me out there and CFW taught me that I also deserve being accepted and liked for real.

Same with me. Both sanguine and LBFH triggered heavy recon for me. So I just stopped using them basically. Oddly enough Elixir solo helped me a lot.

Trust me, many many more people have gotten abused when they were kids than you think.

Yeah, I know I’m not “special” in this regard. However, like love is blind so is hate.

DD and Genesis are doing some healing for me right now even though those are not healing titles.

What is dd? I got the same trauma and Dr st1 is helping me heal this very fast. In about 2 months I’ve healed from this like 90%. Good luck on your journey btw

Daredevil. It helped me deal with my social anxiety caused by my traumas and get out there and let social interactions and daily human relationships heal me on different levels than DR did.

Genesis has light healing.

Genesis ZP contains very light healing and preparatory scripting, aimed not at directly healing your issues but at simply dissolving them enough so that through your action you can overcome them (or, you may choose to advance to a full-fledged healing subliminal later on).
