A new journal a new chapter of my life .
- The focus here is to transform to a lifestyle that I am mostly energy generator / and consuming energy comes from higher energetic activities for higher purposes … This idea is mirroring kardashev scale of types of civilization and my focus now is to be and empodying type 2 civilization …
If we look at personal energy consumption and mastery through the lens of the Kardashev Scale, each “type” can represent different levels of control, conservation, and effective use of energy:
Type 0: Low-Energy Awareness and External Dependence
A Type 0 individual primarily depends on external sources for energy and motivation. Energy here is often reactive, driven by habits, emotional impulses, and environmental conditions rather than intentional management. There’s little awareness of the energy impact of choices or habits, so energy tends to be dissipated inefficiently on low-value activities. Conservation is low, with frequent fluctuations in mood, focus, and productivity.
Type 1: Controlled Personal Energy Use and Efficiency
A Type 1 individual starts to master and conserve their energy. They’re deliberate about where their mental, emotional, and physical energy goes, avoiding wasteful habits. This level involves actively choosing thoughts, habits, and practices that optimize energy rather than deplete it. Conservation practices like meditation, grounding exercises, and setting clear boundaries help them sustain energy throughout the day.
Type 2: Amplified Personal Energy and Influence on Others’ Energy
At Type 2, there is mastery not only of personal energy conservation but also amplification. Type 2 individuals effectively manage energy to such an extent that it influences others around them positively. They often feel energized by their work and life purpose, creating a “self-fueling” effect. This level is about harnessing sustainable practices, avoiding burnout, and replenishing energy through activities that align with their values. They may also start influencing the energy of their environment, inspiring and energizing others through their own example.
Type 3: Societal-Level Energy Integration
Type 3 individuals integrate their energy with collective goals or systems, creating structures or routines that conserve energy on a larger scale. This might involve leading initiatives or building systems that help entire groups, organizations, or communities conserve and channel their energy effectively. These people rarely experience depletion because they’re engaged in sustainable, meaningful work and have fully aligned their personal energy with broader missions, often creating lasting impact.
Each level requires progressively higher levels of energy awareness, intentionality, and sustainable practices, mirroring how civilizations would need to move from basic resource reliance to advanced control over natural forces to expand their potential and reach.
And according to David Hawkins consciousness scale
David Hawkins’ scale of consciousness and the Kardashev Scale’s civilization types share interesting parallels when it comes to energy consumption. Hawkins’ scale, which ranges from levels of consciousness like shame (20) to enlightenment (700-1000), essentially measures a person’s vibrational state or energy level in terms of consciousness and its effect on life. The Kardashev Scale, meanwhile, measures a civilization’s capacity to harness and utilize energy, from planetary (Type I) to universal levels (Type III). Here’s how the two concepts might align regarding energy consumption and efficiency:
Type 0 Civilization (Kardashev) and Lower Consciousness Levels (Hawkins’ Scale)
A Type 0 civilization has limited control over its planetary energy, relying mostly on natural resources with inefficient systems. This could mirror the lower levels on Hawkins’ scale, such as Fear (100), Desire (125), and Anger (150), where individuals tend to focus on survival, self-interest, and reactionary states, leading to inefficient use of energy. At these levels, people are often driven by basic, immediate needs or reactive emotions, which consume mental, emotional, and physical energy without productive output.
Type 1 Civilization and Mid-Range Consciousness Levels
A Type I civilization harnesses planetary energy in a sustainable, efficient manner, which could correspond with Hawkins’ mid-range consciousness levels, like Courage (200), Neutrality (250), Willingness (310), and Acceptance (350). At these consciousness levels, people begin to approach life from a place of self-empowerment, neutrality, and openness. They conserve personal energy better and make intentional choices. This is similar to a Type I civilization’s effective and sustainable energy use on a planetary scale, where energy supports growth, resilience, and stability.
Type 2 Civilization and Higher Consciousness Levels
A Type II civilization taps into all the energy of its star system, representing a highly organized, unified use of energy. This aligns with Hawkins’ levels such as Love (500), Joy (540), and Peace (600). At these levels, consciousness involves harmonious, compassionate, and deeply creative states. Just as a Type II civilization seamlessly integrates massive energy sources, individuals at these levels efficiently channel inner resources and mental energy toward meaningful, creative pursuits, helping themselves and others at an elevated, unified frequency.
Type 3 Civilization and Enlightenment
A Type III civilization would utilize all energy within its galaxy, symbolizing an almost boundless mastery of energy. This could parallel Hawkins’ highest levels of consciousness, such as Enlightenment (700-1000), where consciousness transcends individuality and becomes fully connected to universal energy. In this state, energy is not just conserved but transcended; the individual becomes aligned with a universal flow, using energy effortlessly without friction or resistance. At the peak of Hawkins’ scale, there is complete harmony, which mirrors a Type III civilization’s vast and harmonious energy integration across galaxies.
In essence, as consciousness rises on Hawkins’ scale, the ability to use personal and spiritual energy efficiently improves, much like a civilization advances on the Kardashev Scale by harnessing greater and more unified sources of energy.
