A new journal a new chapter of my life .

  • The focus here is to transform to a lifestyle that I am mostly energy generator / and consuming energy comes from higher energetic activities for higher purposes … This idea is mirroring kardashev scale of types of civilization and my focus now is to be and empodying type 2 civilization …

If we look at personal energy consumption and mastery through the lens of the Kardashev Scale, each “type” can represent different levels of control, conservation, and effective use of energy:

Type 0: Low-Energy Awareness and External Dependence

A Type 0 individual primarily depends on external sources for energy and motivation. Energy here is often reactive, driven by habits, emotional impulses, and environmental conditions rather than intentional management. Each level requires progressively higher levels of energy awareness, intentionality, and sustainable practices, mirroring how civilizations would need to move from basic resource reliance to advanced control over natural forces to expand their potential and reach.

And according to David Hawkins consciousness scale

Type 2 Civilization and Higher Consciousness Levels

A Type II civilization taps into all the energy of its star system, representing a highly organized, unified use of energy. This aligns with Hawkins’ levels such as Love (500), Joy (540), and Peace (600). At these levels, consciousness involves harmonious, compassionate, and deeply creative states. Just as a Type II civilization seamlessly integrates massive energy sources, individuals at these levels efficiently channel inner resources and mental energy toward meaningful, creative pursuits, helping themselves and others at an elevated, unified frequency.

Type 3 Civilization and Enlightenment

A Type III civilization would utilize all energy within its galaxy, symbolizing an almost boundless mastery of energy. This could parallel Hawkins’ highest levels of consciousness, such as Enlightenment (700-1000), where consciousness transcends individuality and becomes fully connected to universal energy. In this state, energy is not just conserved but transcended; the individual becomes aligned with a universal flow, using energy effortlessly without friction or resistance. At the peak of Hawkins’ scale, there is complete harmony, which mirrors a Type III civilization’s vast and harmonious energy integration across galaxies.

In essence, as consciousness rises on Hawkins’ scale, the ability to use personal and spiritual energy efficiently improves, much like a civilization advances on the Kardashev Scale by harnessing greater and more unified sources of energy.

The above is a road map and I like the way of comparing and modelling types of civilization use of energy to a personal development … in the past weeks I was writing my autobiography I wanted that It gave me a new appreciation for my life and I still writing it and whatever part finish I print it and reading I am turning to a student for my life and I use AI to have different perspectives from difference perspective like Jung , Freud , Plato and so on this way I have a deeper view for my life and it’s awesome experience . And journal writing that way is one of my permission slips .

I have a dense life experience that reflecting on it by the above way . Showed me a lot of patterns in my life . And showed me the way to my future life .

Lawyer consulting through phone , my cases in court against that person all are good . And the case he wanted to trap me in backfire on him and I am innocent by court . And all he wanted to put me on my lawyers are taking the necessary legal actions against him .

In the last 6 months my energy was focused mostly to defend myself and trapped in these legal cases with all the stress comes from it . But coming out if it victorious more awareness more wisdom and more money plus within all this a different aspect of my personality appeared . An aspect I never thought I could posses or have . Now time to focus on my business , my family life , my health , and most important my energy level.

Installed app block and blocked YouTube and tiktok two energy draining activity . I have great habits and energy generating activities . But what I miss is the structure that lead to wasting these energy and shatter it . Plus in the past 6 months due to stress I was having habits that suited that period of my life and It was helpful for me . But now I will change most of them . That’s what I will work with … structure … Some changes …

Mostly I am in energy level 4 & 5 at night from 7 o’clock pm till 5 am . My work on structuring every aspect is to become most of the day at these levels …

YouTube was taking from me 8 hours daily . It’s not wasted time I was learning a lot from it … but now my focus goes to become energy generating myself , produce work on projects I postponed , prepare my life for a certain life style in my mind .

There was boredom today , but that made my mind work to focus on the activities that better suits me . To reach type 2 and beyond .

Also that night I get into breathing awareness session and rebirthing session that was deep .

Also because I didn’t played YouTube while sleeping as I do always I waked up refreshed not depleted …

Also when I waked up I was habituated to open YouTube . Today I opened my day on 20 minutes rebirthing small session …

I have some amazing and new updates about case that was previously closed twice. The First Attorney General referred it back to the prosecution, and it has now been scheduled for a court session. The Public Prosecutor listened to every single detail I shared, and my lawyer was with me during the session. It feels like a huge victory and a significant step forward in my legal battles with my opponent. I’m incredibly happy!

I’m also thrilled because two days before this, I had a dream where my opponent was crying, and his brother sat next to me, asking me to forgive him. This morning, when I found out that I had an evening appointment with the prosecutor, I felt optimistic, and the day started wonderfully. I even saw a sign that confirmed the case would be taken to court. This sign came in the form of a black cat in the street carrying a mouse tightly in its mouth, walking into a house, and then coming back out. To me, this was a clear symbol of triumph.

Interestingly, I’ve dreamt of my opponent several times this week. In one dream, he was lying on the ground, his face covered with newspaper pages, while his foot was twitching as if his soul was leaving his body.

All these posts shares my history of an identity level change satament that was inspired in my mind through subs and while inspired I recorded it by my voice with the inspiration and enthusiasm I was feeling at the moment . And I was using in the past year here and there wherever I am inspired and energetic to say it … I listened to it while sleeping , while driving also listening to it while inspired and in the mood . I started saying in front of mirror I usually say if in front of mirror also while inspired yesterday I did it on front of mirror for 30 minutes . While listening to subs . Now days when the statement pops in my mind I catch the feeling of it directly and I know it’s her day so I keep saying it listening to it writing it . I reached a level that satament is energy generating to me it generates energy the same energy levels I generate by doing breathing exercises or having a cup of coffee …

Love bomb generated different inspired Statement in my mind and I recorded them while in the mood by my voice but I was not obsessed with them like that one. But I will give them time and I will use them .

Using that identity level change satament made me also to be able to think with thoughts related to that identity and saying them with certainty .

In the past days I was feeling lonely as hell with the bad habits annd mood packages and my listening in past month was new emperor and rom / alchemist st 4 . Today my mood was moving to a black spectrum suicidal thoughts .(( Because of loneliness not subs )) .(( Because of loneliness not subs )) . Then from my disappointment I played love Bomb for 8 minutes . And I became calmer again there was a change . Even when I get back to home I was appreciative for the home instead of feeling bad because of my loneliness.

Was a busy month , with feeling on loneliness lead to bad habits … I should have noticed that before love bomb was helpful with these feelings but it didn’t came to mind .

Good results happened that month regardingy cases with my opponent . But also my focus was scattered . There was a car rebair that taked most of the month.
