I dont really have any use for them but meaning to get to try some brainentrainment and for these subs too.
I wonder do headphones for subliminal products here even make any difference or efficiency compared to speakers? And which ones are recommended?

They aren’t strictly necessary to get results from subs. I use them mainly so others don’t hear subs when I run them though.
I actually am using bone conduction ones finally (thanks to @COWolfe for recommending them to me before)
Speakers are good enough though if you’re alone.
Which ones were recommended to you?
Just bone ones in general. They work very well for ultrasonic (which I run at work sometimes).

I’ve never used headphones
I use AirPods and iPhone earphones. The sound is great on them both. I remember when Saint said that he uses AirPods too if I remember correctly.
